    Abstract: Wireless communication devices, systems, and methods related to mechanisms to implement PUCCH resource configuration for two-step RACH for subsequent HARQ messaging. After a UE transmits msgA to a BS, the BS responds with msgB including a PUCCH resource indicator in a DCI of PDCCH, or a PUCCH resource indicator in PDSCH. The UE attempts to decode PDCCH or PDSCH, respectively. Upon decoding, the UE will use the configuration identified by the resource indicator. With the PUCCH resource configuration information, the UE signals a HARQ message.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive signaling that configures a downlink bandwidth for a broadcast channel transmission (e.g., a physical downlink control channel transmission). The UE may determine a bandwidth of the capability is less than the downlink bandwidth, and monitor search space occasions in a period to receive samples of the broadcast channel. The period and the search space occasions may be associated with a control resource set and a search space set. The UE may receive the samples in non-overlapping subbands of the bandwidth according to the bandwidth capability, and detect the broadcast channel based on the samples. The UE may additionally monitor repeated transmission occasions in the period based on detecting the broadcast channel to detect a second broadcast channel (e.g., a physical downlink shared channel).

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that a resource spread multiple access scheme is enabled, wherein the bit and/or symbol level resource spreading happens in time and/or frequency domain through bits or symbol level repetition and spreading. Furthermore, the UE may process bits of codewords and modulated symbols using a set of spreading sequences and a set of scrambling sequences. The UE may transmit the modulated symbols with a discrete-Fourier-transform (DFT)-spread (DFT-s) waveform based at least in part on processing the modulated symbols using the set of spreading sequences and the set of scrambling sequences.
