    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication. Aspects of the present disclosure can determine a matrix or Hadamard matrix associated with signal transmission, the matrix or Hadamard matrix including M rows and M columns. Also, aspects of the present disclosure can determine a sampling function for generating a set of sequences from the matrix or Hadamard matrix. Aspects of the present disclosure can also generate the set of sequences by sampling one of a set of rows or a set of columns based on the determined sampling function. Aspects of the present disclosure can also transmit a signal derived based on at least one sequence of the set of sequences.

    Abstract: Peak to average power ratio (PAPR) reduction with respect to signals of component carriers of a carrier aggregation configuration may be provided using preconfigured or fixed PRT location sequences (e.g., fixing the number and location of PRTs). A device transmitting signals of component carriers of a carrier aggregation configuration may perform PRT magnitude and phase optimization processing with respect to PRTs of a PRT location sequence using techniques, such as may use a signal to clipping noise ratio, tone reservation (SCR-TR) algorithm. Various PRT location sequence configurations, such as PRT sideband location sequence configurations, PRT inband location sequence configurations, etc., may be selected to facilitate reduction of PAPR associated with the data tones of one or more carrier aggregation component carriers, such as to satisfy a PAPR threshold.     Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communication.     Abstract: A UE receives control signaling that indicates that the UE is scheduled to transmit one or more uplink control channel messages on a first component carrier that overlap in a time domain with one or more uplink shared channel messages scheduled for transmission on a second component carrier. The UE resolves a first overlap of uplink control channels having a same priority level, if present, and resolves, after resolving the first overlap, a second overlap of an uplink control channel and at least one uplink shared channel having the same priority level, if present. The UE resolves two or more channels having a different priority level after resolving the first overlap and the second overlap.     Abstract: Improved resource allocation approaches for sidelink communication are provided. In an aspect, a first wireless device may reserve a first resource for a sidelink communication and second resources for retransmissions, respectively, of the sidelink communication, and may transmit the sidelink communication using the first resource. In response to determining to release the second resources, the first wireless device may transmit, to a second wireless device, a release indication indicating that the second resources are available. In an aspect, a wireless device may receive a first sidelink communication from a transmitting wireless device on a first resource, and may identify second resources reserved respectively for retransmissions of the first sidelink communication. In response to a determination that the second resources are available for a second sidelink communication, the wireless device may report the second resources to a higher layer within the wireless device for resource selection.
