    摘要: The invention provides a diaphragm and a preparation method thereof, and an MEMS microphone. The diaphragm includes a intermediate vibration part and a fixed part surrounding the vibration part. The vibration part includes multiple vibration sub-parts, which are distributed stepwise along the vibration direction of the diaphragm. Multiple vibration sub-parts are distributed stepwise along the vibration direction of diaphragm. The effective area of the diaphragm is increased, and the stress can be adjusted by the height of the ladder and its inclination angle. The mechanical sensitivity of the MEMS microphone containing this diaphragm is improved, resulting in a high-performance, small-sized MEMS microphone.

    摘要: A microphone with an additional piezoelectric component for energy harvesting is provided, and includes a substrate penetrated through by a cavity, a diaphragm, and a piezoelectric conversion. The diaphragm includes a vibration portion and at least one connecting arm, and two ends of each of the at least one connecting arm are connected to the vibration portion and the substrate, respectively. The piezoelectric conversion component is disposed on one of the at least one connecting arm and configured to convert mechanical energy collected from a displacement of the diaphragm by sound to electrical energy. The piezoelectric conversion component is mounted on the diaphragm, so as to convert the mechanical energy collected from the diaphragm by the sound to the electrical energy, thereby effectively recycling the mechanical energy and avoiding a waste of energy.

    摘要: The invention relates to a mobile loudspeaker apparatus for playing back sound. Mobile loudspeaker systems are often disadvantageous in that they have a poor sound quality or require equipment for a good sound quality that is not easy to transport. A loudspeaker apparatus which firstly provides a good sound quality and secondly is also easily transportable is desirable. Previously, these two requirements were often mutually exclusive. By way of a bistable membrane, or a membrane that is stable in more than two states, said membrane being coupleable to the loudspeaker apparatus, it is possible to manage the balancing act between good transportability and a good sound quality of the loudspeaker apparatus. The bistable membrane can be changed from a stable operating state into a stable transport state. By way of a slight pressure at both ends of the bistable membrane, the latter can be rolled up and consequently changed into the transport state. By way of example, in the transport state, the bistable membrane can engage around a cylindrical housing that partly or wholly encloses the loudspeaker apparatus.

    摘要: The present application discloses a miniature speaker, including: a frame; a vibration system positioned on the frame; a magnetic circuit system for driving the vibration system. The vibration system includes a first diaphragm fixed to the frame, a second diaphragm, and a voice coil for driving the first diaphragm to produce sounds. The second diaphragm includes a suspension, a first fastening portion fixed to the frame, a second fastening portion fixed to the voice coil at an end away from the first diaphragm. The suspension includes a main suspension and a pair of auxiliary suspensions extending from two edges of the main suspension along a length direction of the main suspension. A width of the main suspension is greater than a width of the auxiliary suspension. The rigidity of the second suspension is improved, and the lateral swing of the vibration system is suppressed.
