摘要： The present invention provides a sound device, which includes a bottom plate, a support fixed to the bottom plate, a frame arranged on the support, and a diaphragm fixed to the frame. The sound device further includes a first piezoelectric ceramic sheet and a second piezoelectric ceramic sheet that are disposed separately on the support, and the first piezoelectric ceramic sheet and the second piezoelectric ceramic sheet are respectively provided with a transmission member abutting against the diaphragm. The sound device in the present disclosure can increase a driving force, increase a vibration amplitude, enhance a product sensitivity, broaden a response range, increase a driving fulcrum, improve a vibration balance, and avoid a product distortion.

摘要： The present application discloses a miniature speaker, including: a frame; a vibration system positioned on the frame; a magnetic circuit system for driving the vibration system. The vibration system includes a first diaphragm fixed to the frame, a second diaphragm, and a voice coil for driving the first diaphragm to produce sounds. The second diaphragm includes a suspension, a first fastening portion fixed to the frame, a second fastening portion fixed to the voice coil at an end away from the first diaphragm. The suspension includes a main suspension and a pair of auxiliary suspensions extending from two edges of the main suspension along a length direction of the main suspension. A width of the main suspension is greater than a width of the auxiliary suspension. The rigidity of the second suspension is improved, and the lateral swing of the vibration system is suppressed.

摘要： An embodiment of the present invention provides a sound generator having a frame; a magnetic circuit system fixed to the frame, and a vibration system. The magnetic circuit system includes a main magnet and an auxiliary magnet surrounding the main magnetic. The vibration system includes a vibrating diaphragm having a first vibrating diaphragm, a second vibrating diaphragm, and a dome for connecting the first vibrating diaphragm to the second vibrating diaphragm. A gap is formed between the auxiliary magnet and the frame. The dome has a body part, two first extension parts, and two second extension parts. The first extension part is located within the gap. Accordingly, the sound generator can solve the swing problem, and improve the low frequency performance.

The vibration unit includes a diaphragm, a voice coil driving the diaphragm to vibrate, and a centering support member. The centering support member includes a connecting portion between the upper diaphragm and the voice coil, extension portions extending from two ends of the connecting portion and towards the magnetic circuit unit, and body portions each formed by extending from an tail end of each extension portion while being bent in a direction facing away from the extension portion. The connecting portion is interposed between the diaphragm and the voice coil. The extension portion is located between the magnetic circuit unit and the holder. An end the body portion is connected to the holder, and the other end is connected to the voice coil to support the voice coil.
