Abstract: Various embodiments comprise wireless communication network to notify user devices of user availability. In some examples, the wireless communication network comprises multimedia circuitry. The multimedia circuitry receives a multimedia registration request from a terminating user device and registers the terminating user device for multimedia services. The multimedia circuitry correlates the multimedia registration of the terminating user device with a multimedia session request received from an originating user device. The multimedia circuitry transfers a notification for delivery to the originating user device that indicates an availability of the terminating user device.

Abstract: Media, methods, and systems are provided for real-time updates of collaborative documents in a group-based communication system. Collaborative documents may allow for multiple users to simultaneously modify and edit a document. When a collaborative document is created, a server may create an ephemeral channel and an identifier for the collaborative document. As users connect to the collaborative document, the users may be assigned a temporary subscription to the collaborative document. Real-time events, such as indications that a user is typing, indications that a user is connected in the collaborative document, and changes to the collaborative document may be published to the user via the temporary subscription. When the user disconnects from the document, the real-time events may no longer be communicated.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods capable of establishing a communication session between a user and an analyst. The contents of the communication session are analyzed to make recommendations of goods and services to the user. Otherwise, the communication session may be redirected from one channel, for example, chatting to another channel, for example, voice call, to another analyst. The user's information and the communication session details are retained, and provided to another analyst before the user is redirected. Such systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products use real-time machine learning scoring algorithm to determine which analyst the users should be transferred to, and thereby saving a lot of time for both the analysts and the users, and significantly reduce misroutes by eliminating human errors.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatus, systems, computer program products for generating an annotation for textual information and/or media content for technical documentation for an item in an interactive electronic technical manual system (IETM) configured to provide electronic and credentialed access to the technical documentation via an IETM viewer. In one embodiment, a method is provided comprising: providing a window for display comprising the textual information and/or media content; receiving input of a selection of an annotation selection mechanism; and responsive to receiving the input: generating the annotation for the textual information and/or media content; receiving an indication of a position in the textual information and/or media content to associate with the annotation; and providing an annotation window for the annotation for display via the IETM viewer, wherein the annotation window comprises an attach file mechanism, a capture mechanism, a share mechanism, and a change form mechanism.

Abstract: Methods and systems for telephony traffic analysis and resource optimization are described herein. A computing device of a telephony network, such as a load balancer, may receive a request for connecting a call originating from outside the telephony network. Based on characteristics of the request, such as an originating call number, a destination call number, and the like, the computing device may determine a probability the call request may be completed by the telephony network. If the probability falls below a predefined threshold, the computing device may reject the call request. Thus, the call request may not be routed through the telephony network for connection attempts. This may save network resources from unnecessary waste, and may free the network to route calls with a higher chance of successful connections.

The first networked device may receive the first media stream via a wireless network connection. Operations may further include determining a common stream characteristic between the first media stream and the second media stream and, in response to determining the common stream characteristic, grouping the second networked device with the first networked device. Operations may further include transmitting, to a controller device, an indication that the first networked device and second networked device are grouped.
