摘要: A front fork (1) of the present invention includes: a fork main body (2) having a vehicle body side tube (3) and an axle side tube (4); a cap (5) placed in the vehicle body side tube (3); a cylinder (6) provided inside the axle side tube (4); a rod (7) inserted into the cylinder (6) so as to be movable in an axial direction; an electric device (6) mounted inside the cylinder (6); an electric wire (9) connected to the electric device (8); a suspension spring (10) biasing the fork main body (2) in an extending direction, and an adjuster (11) capable of adjusting a support position of a spring seat (12). The electric wire (9) is drawn from the cap (5) at a position misaligned from an axial center line of the fork main body (2) to an outside of the fork main body (2). An operational portion (17) of the adjuster (11) is provided in the cap (5) at a position misaligned from the axial center line (A).

An example suspension component includes a first tube and a second tube configured in a telescopic arrangement having an interior space, a spring system including a pneumatic chamber containing a mass of a gas forming a pneumatic spring configured to resist compression of the telescopic arrangement, and a suspension component analysis (SCA) device. The SCA device may include a pressure sensor to detect a pressure of the gas in the pneumatic chamber and provide a signal indicative of the detected pressure and circuitry configured to receive the signal. The circuitry and the pressure sensor are at least partially disposed in the interior space.

摘要: A shock absorbing system for a bicycle front fork includes an outer tube and an inner tube which includes a piston located therein, and the lower end of the inner tube is movably inserted into the outer tube. A piston tube is connected between the lower end of the outer tube and the piston. The inner tube includes a first chamber and a second chamber formed therein with the piston located between the first and second chambers. A path formed between the piston and the piston tube. A manual valve is located in the piston tube and includes a rod and a movable part. The rod includes an extension section protruding beyond the outer tube. When the extension section is pushed, the rod moves upward to switch the path from a sealed status to an opened status, and the first chamber communicates with the second chamber.

The first and second members include lateral openings extending therethrough and the pivot includes a rod portion that is configured to be disposed within the lateral openings to pivotably couple the first and second members together. The rod portion further includes an opening that extends through an intermediate portion thereof. The pivot assembly can further include a pin configured to be removably inserted at least partially into the opening in the rod portion to thereby restrict lateral movement of the rod portion within the first and second members.

摘要: An adjustable axle retaining structure is disclosed. The structure includes an axle receiving feature on a first leg of a fork assembly and a retaining sleeve within a clamping member on a second leg of the fork assembly. An axle is inserted through the clamping member, the wheel hub and coupled with the axle receiving feature. A component of the axle is tightened thereby moving the retaining sleeve partially out of the clamping member and toward the wheel hub until the wheel hub is in contact with both the retaining sleeve and the axle receiving feature, wherein the moving of the retaining sleeve allows the axle to radially couple the wheel hub with the fork assembly without modifying a preestablished geometry of the fork assembly.
