    摘要: One or more embodiments of a burner panel for a metallurgical furnace is described herein. The burner panel has a body. The body has a front face, a first side surface, and a second side surface. Additionally, the body has a hollow extending between the first side surface, second side surface, and the front face. A middle portion of the body extends from the hollow toward the interior face. A burner tube is disposed through the middle portion of the body. The burner tube has an exterior portion having an entry and an exit disposed at the font face. An internal mounting flange extends along the first side surface and the second side surface. The body of the burner panel has no internal plumbing for cooling.

    摘要: A molten metal rotor receives and retains an end of a molten metal rotor shaft. The rotor shaft has one or more projections at the end received in the rotor. The rotor has an inner cavity, a top surface with an opening leading to the inner cavity, and at least one abutment. The opening includes one or more portions for allowing each projection to pass through the opening and into the inner cavity. The rotor and/or shaft are then rotated so at least one of the outwardly-extending projections is under the top surface of the rotor and is against an abutment. A molten metal pump, rotary degasser scrap melter or other device used in molten metal may utilize a rotor/shaft combination as disclosed herein.

In the structure, a space between ends of inner and outer tubes is decompressed. The movable nozzle allows directing blown gases into various places in the furnace. At the same time, the whole burner is fixedly installed in the wall or ceiling, or the cover of the furnace, and the space of the furnace thus remains sealed.

The second air flow channel is divided in a circumferential direction into four or more opening portions adapted to form ports for injecting air flows, and is configured to control flow rates of the air flows ejected from the opening portions, independently for each opening portion.
