摘要: The present invention relates to a process for treating an SRF and/or plastics pyrolysis oil, comprising:
a) optionally, selective hydrogenation of the feedstock;
b) hydroconversion in an ebullated bed, in an entrained bed and/or in a moving bed, to obtain a hydroconverted effluent;
c) separation of the hydroconverted effluent in the presence of an aqueous stream, to obtain a gaseous effluent, an aqueous liquid effluent and a liquid hydrocarbon effluent;
d) fractionation of the liquid hydrocarbon effluent to obtain at least one gas stream and a cut with a boiling point of less than or equal to 385° C. and a cut with a boiling point above 385° C.;
e) hydrotreatment of said cut comprising compounds with a boiling point of less than or equal to 385° C. to obtain a hydrotreated effluent;
f) separation to obtain at least a gaseous effluent and a hydrotreated liquid hydrocarbon effluent.-

摘要: An integrated hydrotreating and hydrocracking process includes contacting a hydrocarbon oil stream with a hydrogen stream and a hydrotreating catalyst in a moving-bed hydrotreating reactor, thereby producing a hydrocarbon product stream and a spent hydrotreating catalyst; contacting the hydrocarbon product stream with a second hydrogen stream and a hydrocracking catalyst in a hydrocracking reactor, thereby producing a hydrocracked hydrocarbon product stream; processing the spent hydrotreating catalyst to produce regenerated hydrotreating catalyst; and recycling the regenerated hydrotreating catalyst to the moving-bed hydrotreating reactor.

The jet fuel is produced from the reaction of hydrogen from the electrolysis of water with captured carbon dioxide. The hydrogen and carbon dioxide are reacted to product a stream comprising carbon monoxide. Hydrogen and carbon monoxide are reacted to produce n-alkanes. Alkanes are hydroisomerized to produce sustainable aviation fuel with low carbon intensity.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for hydroprocessing of bio-derived feeds, such as bio-oils and/or other types of feeds including triglycerides, fatty acids, and/or fatty acid derivatives. The systems and methods can assist with maintaining a desired temperature profile within a reactor while performing hydroprocessing on a feed with substantial oxygen content. In various aspects, the initial bed of the reactor can be exposed to 30 vol % or less of the total fresh feed. The remaining portions of the fresh feed can be introduced below one or more of the catalyst beds in the reactor. By reducing or minimizing the amount of fresh feed introduced upstream from the initial catalyst bed that contains a catalyst with hydrodeoxygenation activity, the net amount of product recycle can be reduced or minimized while still maintaining a target temperature profile across individual catalyst beds and/or across the reactor.

摘要: Processes herein may be used to thermally crack various hydrocarbon feeds, and may eliminate the refinery altogether while making the crude to chemicals process very flexible in terms of crude. In embodiments herein, crude is progressively separated into at least light and heavy fractions. Depending on the quality of the light and heavy fractions, these are routed to one of three upgrading operations, including a fixed bed hydroconversion unit, a fluidized catalytic conversion unit, or a residue hydrocracking unit that may utilize an ebullated bed reactor. Products from the upgrading operations may be used as feed to a steam cracker.

摘要: A hydrocracking process for maximization of naphtha while producing base oil is disclosed. The hydrocracking process comprises hydrocracking a hydrocarbon feed stream in a hydrocracking unit in the presence of a hydrogen stream and a hydrocracking catalyst to produce a hydrocracked effluent stream. The hydrocracked effluent stream is separated in a separator to provide a vapor hydrocracked stream and a liquid hydrocracked stream. The liquid hydrocracked stream is fractionated to provide a naphtha stream, a kerosene stream, a diesel stream and a first unconverted oil stream. A recycle stream comprising a portion of the kerosene stream, a portion of the diesel stream, and a portion of the first unconverted oil stream is recycled to the hydrocracking unit to provide a second unconverted oil stream. A remaining portion of the first unconverted oil stream is withdrawn for base oil production.

摘要: The process removes hydrogen sulfide from hydrotreated gas by TSA. Hydrogen sulfide adsorbs on the adsorbent while allowing hydrogen in the hydrotreated gas to pass the adsorbent to provide a desulfided hydrogen gas stream and a sulfided adsorbent. A regenerant gas stream can be contacted with the sulfided adsorbent at a swing temperature to desorb hydrogen sulfide from the adsorbent into the regenerant gas stream. The regenerant gas stream can then be recycled to a hydrotreating reactor for processing biorenewable feed to provide hydrogen sulfide to the reactor. The desulfided gas stream can be purified to remove impurities such as carbon oxides and recycled to the hydrotreating reactor and/or used as the regenerant gas stream.
