    摘要: An adhesive dispensing device includes a heater unit for melting adhesive material, a receiving space for feeding the heater unit, and a cyclonic separator unit for delivering adhesive pellets to the receiving space. The cyclonic separator unit includes a tangential inlet pipe proximate to a top end of a generally cylindrical pipe, which is connected to the receiving space at an open bottom end. The tangential or spiral flow of air and adhesive pellets generated through the cyclonic separator unit reduces the speed of the air and adhesive pellets to avoid splashing of molten adhesive material while maintaining enough speed to avoid adhesive build up on the generally cylindrical pipe.

The valve comprises a valve body having a first end, which pneumatically communicates with the inside of the container, and a second end, which is associated to a flow control organ, which is subject to the action of corresponding closing membrane. The flow control organ periodically establishes a fluid communication between said valve body and a duct that communicates with the outside. The valve is characterized in that at least one portion of the duct that communicates with the outside is suited to be elastically deformed by the pressure difference existing between the inside of said container and the inside of the duct itself.

    摘要: A system supports an outlet, within a storage silo, of a pneumatic conveyor. The outlet comprises a horizontal section, a vertical section, and an elbow interconnecting the sections. The system comprises a vertical support for suspending and centering the outlet, and a horizontal support for selectively supporting the outlet upon the silo floor. The horizontal support has clamp assemblies mounted on the horizontal section, and sets of removable support legs respectively attachable to the clamp assemblies. The horizontal support also has elbow clamp assemblies adjacent the elbow, and an elbow brace and a subframe each interconnecting the elbow clamp assemblies. Each of the support legs has a locking pin for locking that leg in a deployed position, and a storing hole for placing that leg in a stored position. The system further comprises a deflector, and sets of stanchions therefor respectively attached to the clamp assemblies of the horizontal support.

The delivery system has a series of vertical tubes and separators for conveying the entrained material upwardly from the bottom to the top of the silo. Each separator automatically selectively either separates the entrained material, by choking the airflow entraining the material within an outlet tube thereof, and automatically deposits the separated material through an outlet thereof; or else flows therethrough the entrained material without separation. A support system comprises a vertical support that vertically suspends and centers the delivery system within the silo and reinforces the silo, and a horizontal support that selectively supports the delivery system upon the silo floor.

    摘要: An assembly for transferring solid particulate matter has a pressurized vessel for retaining a pre-determined quantity of the solid material. A transfer conduit connected to the vessel carries the solid material to a loading vessel, be it a processing tank, a storage vessel, or any other similar container. A discharge nozzle carried by a distant end of the transfer conduit is connected to a vacuum source, whereby a slight vacuum is created at the discharge opening. A separate dust removal conduit is secured immediately adjacent to the discharge nozzle for removal of the dust particles away from the discharge nozzle. The dust particles are collected in a separate vessel, which is mounted in a flow of air from the dust collection conduit and an exhaust fan. Mesh sleeves suspended in the vessel, capturing the dust particles on exterior surface thereof. Periodically, the dust particles are dislodged from the sleeves by blowing air through the sleeves. The dislodged dust particles are collected for disposal or recycling.
