    摘要: The present invention relates to a combustion apparatus capable of reducing the emission amount of nitrogen oxide and enabling stable combustion in the entire area of a set load. The combustion apparatus includes: a premixing chamber for premixing air and a gas; a blower for supplying a mixed-gas of the air and the gas to a burner; a combustion chamber for burning the mixed-gas by ignition of the burner; a heat exchanger for exchanging heat with water by using combustion heat in the combustion chamber; and an exhaust gas discharge part for discharging the exhaust gas passing through the heat exchanger, wherein the premixing chamber is formed in a Venturi shape having a throat part of which the cross-section area is tapered between an inlet and an outlet through which the air passes, the throat part of the premixing chamber being connected to a gas supply part for supplying a gas for combustion, and to an exhaust gas recirculation tube to which some of the exhaust gas having passed through the heat exchanger is introduced in proportion to differential pressure according to the flow rate of the mixed-gas passing through the throat part.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a gas combustor, which comprises a housing in which a base seat is installed, an engagement pipe at the front of the base seat is connected to a flame device exposed at the front of the housing, wherein the rear portion of the base seat is pivoted with a swing sheet, the inner surface thereof is adjacent to a gas intake control valve fastened in the base seat, and a convey pipe is connected between the gas intake control valve and a pivotal connection device installed at the rear of the housing; and a safety mechanism, installed at the bottom of the housing and including a latch button, a connection rod and a control button; through pressing the latch button, one end of the connection rod is raised, the latch end at the other end of the connection rod is inwardly retracted for releasing the locking state of the control button, so the control button is enabled to be pressed, and the extrusion part extrudes the swing sheet, and the gas intake control valve is formed to an opening state, so the fuel is able to pass through the interior of the base seat for being ejected by the flame device.

    摘要: A fuel-fired water heater has a combustion chamber disposed above a wall ucture forming a flow path for combustion air being drawn into the combustion chamber during firing of the fuel burner portion of the water heater. A combustion air shutoff system is incorporated in the water heater and functions to sense an undesirably high firing temperature in the combustion chamber and responsively shut off essentially all further air flow to the combustion chamber and thereby terminate combustion therein. In various disclosed embodiments thereof, the combustion air shutoff system includes a damper member movable between an open position in which its permits air flow through the combustion air flow path, and a closed position which it blocks essentially all further air flow through the combustion air flow path. The damper is releasably held in its open position by a eutectic metal fusible link member positioned exteriorly adjacent an exterior wall of the combustion chamber. When a predetermined high limit firing temperature is reached within the combustion chamber, the correspondingly increased temperature of the combustion chamber wall melts the fusible link member. In response, the shutoff system causes the damper to move to its closed position to terminate essentially all further flow of combustion air through the combustion air flow path into the combustion chamber.

    摘要: A fuel burner 2 for burning a fuel such as pulverized coal carried by a fluid, particularly air, has an inner passage for the particulate fuel-carrier medium and an outer passage for a combustion-supporting gas (typically oxygen-enriched air or pure oxygen). The inner passage typically terminates in a nozzle having an orifice therethrough. The inner passage 12 is surrounded by a jacket containing a pressurized fluid. A pressure sensor senses the pressure in the jacket. In the event that abrasive wear of the inner passage causes holes to be formed therein, fluid will pass from the jacket into the inner passage causing a pressure drop in the jacket which is sensed by the pressure sensor. The burner may then be shut down without any hazard having been caused by contact between the pulverized coal and pure oxygen or oxygen-enriched air. The burner may also be used for the autogenous oxidation or thermal cracking of chemicals.
