Abstract:
A die chanter for a die of a joining device, a die dome adapted to the die and a method for removing a die of a joining device and a method for inserting a die into a joining device. The die has a head having upper and bottom sides, and a shaft extending from the bottom side and receivable and lockable in a dome without rotation. The shaft comprises: at least one first web forming an undercut on two sides by which the shaft is lockable in the dome by a linear inserting movement, at least one second web, the length of which is adaptable to a diameter of the dome to ensure a lateral guiding of the shaft in the dome and which is arranged between the head and the first web, and an ejection surface by which the die can be moved out of the dome.
Abstract:
A hand power tool includes a tool receiver configured to receive a tool. The tool has an outer polygonal coupling and the tool receiver has an inner receiver including, at least portionally, a rotary driver profile. The tool receiver is provided on an associated tool housing, in which there is a drum-type tool change magazine having at least one tool chamber configured to store the tool. The tool chamber is configured to be aligned so as to be flush with the tool receiver to enable the tool to slide from the tool chamber into the inner receiver or from the inner receiver into the tool chamber. An alignment element is configured to align the outer polygonal coupling as the tool slides from the tool chamber into the inner receiver to enable the outer polygonal coupling to slide into the rotary driver profile.
Abstract:
A removable die of a joining tool comprising a die head having an upper side, a bottom side and a die shaft extending from the bottom side and receivable and lockable in a die dome without rotation. The die shaft comprises: at least one first radial web forming an axial undercut on two sides by which the die shaft is lockable in the die dome by a linear inserting movement, at least one second exposed radial web, the radial length of which is adaptable to a diameter of the die dome to ensure a lateral guiding of the die shaft in the die dome and which is arranged between the die head and the first radial web, and an ejection surface by which the removable die can be moved out of the die dome and which is arranged at the free end of the die shaft opposite to the die head.
Abstract:
A tool magazine device includes a rail that is annularly formed and that has a separation section at a part in a circumferential direction of the rail and a holding ring that is arranged coaxially with the rail and that is rotated by a driving motor. The holding ring is provided with a plurality of holding sections that are open in an axial direction of the holding ring. The holding sections are arranged in the circumferential direction of the holding ring. A tool pot is held to be insertable into and extractable from each holding section. A conveyance unit sends out the tool pot placed in the holding section to an exchange position and sends the tool pot into the holding section from the exchange position. A roller supported by each tool pot rolls on the rail in response to the rotation of the holding ring.
Abstract:
A machine tool comprising at least one machining unit having at least one work spindle for accommodating tools in order to machine workpieces in a working area is provided with a first and a second transport device, by which workpieces are transported between the working area and a loading/unloading station. A second machining unit is arranged laterally next to the first machining unit in such a way that, alternating with the first machining unit, it can reach the workpieces in the working area from the same direction.
Abstract:
This machine tool has a tool changing device, and sequentially changes tools to machine a workpiece. The machine tool comprises: an input unit which receives a machining program output from a CAM system and tool basic data; a storage unit which stores the tool basic data received from the input unit for each tool number; a tool measuring device which measures the size of a tool loaded into a tool magazine of the tool changing device; and a determination unit which compares the tool basic data stored in the storage unit and the actual data measured by the measuring device, and determines that the measured tool is different from a desired tool if the difference between the two tool sizes is beyond a preset allowable range.
Abstract:
This tool exchange device for a machine tool uses an exchange arm to exchange tools between a processing area and a tool accommodation area which are partitioned by a partition wall provided with an opening and a shutter capable of opening and closing the opening. In the tool exchange device, an imaging device is used to capture an image of a tool in the tool accommodation area, the length of the tool is calculated from the captured image of the tool, the opening width of the shutter is determined in accordance with the length of the tool, and the shutter is opened to the determined opening width.
Abstract:
A power tool, comprising: a housing; a motor being disposed in the housing for outputting rotary power; an output shaft having an accommodating hole in the axial direction for holding a tool bit; a transmission mechanism, being disposed between the motor and the output shaft for transmitting rotary power from the motor to the output shaft; a tool bit supporting being disposed in the housing and including several chambers disposed in parallel for holding the tool bit; a connecting member being disposed in the housing and capable of moving axially between a working position where the connecting member passes through one of the chambers and to accommodate the tool bit in the chamber connect the output shaft, and a release position where the connecting member exits and separates from one of the several chambers; and an operating member is arranged on the housing for controlling the axial movement of the connecting member; the power tool further includes an automatic shifting means for adjusting the position of the tool bit supporting in response to the movement of the operating member, wherein the connecting member moves axially to a position that is separated from one of the several chambers, and the cartridge moves to a position where another chamber is axially corresponding to the output shaft under the action of the automatic shifting means.
