摘要： A workpiece support that presents a generally planar workpiece contacting surface having high friction, gripping pad(s) that will not mar a workpiece surface, and thus provides a versatile accessory for home hobbyists and artisans alike that protects the supported surface of the workpiece. By providing a non-marring workpiece support, such as that illustrated in FIGS. 1, 8 and 13, to support a workpiece with respect to a work bench surface, the workpiece can be kept from slipping while routing, sanding, carving and the like. It can elevate workpieces for edge work and finishing, or simply suspend and protect projects from marring during drying or between work sessions.

摘要： A countersink assembly including a countersink sleeve body with a distal cutting edge, a longitudinal bore to receive and secured to a drill bit, and a flute extending from the distal cutting edge. A depth stop collar having a longitudinal bore is disposed on and secured to the countersink sleeve body. In an example embodiment, the longitudinal bore of the depth stop collar includes at least one passage for chip egress. In addition or in the alternative, the flute includes a flat surface and a part cylindrical surface extending from the distal cutting edge along the length of the flute at an angle to the longitudinal bore of the countersink sleeve body so as to present a slight down-cut spiral.

摘要： A quick connect/disconnect coupling that eliminates the need for tools and the tedious loosening and tightening of hose clamps when detaching and reattaching hoses, such as dust collection system hoses, between machines. The coupling includes a first fitting adapted to be secured to a machine such as a debris generating machine or a dust collector, and a second fitting fixedly secured to a longitudinal end of the associated hose for being partially engaged with and locked to the first fitting. The fittings are preferably translucent or clear so that debris flow can be observed.

Accordingly, when the push block is disposed face down on a flat workpiece and the heel is in its stored position, the push block can effectively perform the functions of a flat face push block. When, on the other hand, the heel is disposed in its operative position and the push block is disposed so that the heel can engage an end edge of the workpiece, the push block can effectively perform the functions of a fixed heel push block.

摘要： The lathe provided in accordance with the invention is designed to address the needs of today's bowl and spindle turners. In an exemplary embodiment, the lathe of the invention comes equipped with a 2 hp DC BALDOR motor and a state-of-the-art 3 hp MINARIK pulse-width modulated (PWM) motor drive. It has a continuous power rating of 2 hp and an effective intermittent power rating of nearly 3 hp. The lathe has three speed ranges: 0 to 600 rpm for large bowl turning, 0 to 1200 rpm for standard bowl turning and 0 to 2000 for high-speed bowl turning and finishing. A number of accessory bed extensions are available along with an outboard tool rest and tailstock.

摘要： A clamp pad is provided for being selectively mounted to each jaw of a bar clamp assembly. The clamp pad can be easily mounted to the clamp jaw and radially locked in place with respect to the bar clamp assembly. In an embodiment of the invention, the clamp pad is configured to selectively be fit on either of the clamp jaws of the bar clamp assembly to facilitate assembly. The clamp pad defines a substantially increased clamping area to evenly distribute force and prevent damage to the associated workpiece. The increased dimensions of the clamp pad also stabilizes the bar clamp assembly, which eliminates tipping and thus eliminates the need for associated assemblies such as clamp saddles and the like.
