    摘要: An optical diffusion plate applied for a direct-type backlight module and its manufacturing method are proposed complied with the present invention. By using the extrution technique, an extruder is used to extrude an optical diffusion plate. In case the material of the optical diffusion plate is changed, the texture of the roller should also be changed so that a prism array with a vertex angle corresponding to the refractive index of the material can be formed on the diffusion plate. Thereby, via the refractive index and the angle of the prism structure, the plate having a saw structure can change the propagation directions of the diffused light beams so as to focus the light beams, reduce the loss of the light and enhance the brightness. Besides, by disposing a one- or two-dimensional structure on the optical diffusion plate, the present invention needn't use the horizontal and vertical prism sheets simultaneously.

    摘要: Disclosed are a feedblock multiplier with thickness gradient variation, a feedblock system, a method, and multilayer structure made by the method. The feedblock multiplier combines the functionalities of feedblock and multiplier conventionally used for producing the multilayer structure. The feedblock multiplier includes an input section for feeding fluid materials. A feedblock section is included for dividing the fluid delivered into multiple channels correspondingly. The fluids in the channels are segmented into two or more fluid segments by a segmenting section. The each fluid segment is delivered through corresponding channel-conversion section with thickness-gradient variation in the feedblock multiplier. Each channel-conversion section includes multiple channels with configurable positions. The fluids are then combined in a multiplier section for producing the multilayer structure with overlapped layers. The multilayer structure is outputted from an extruding section.

The light-polarizing reflection unit includes a multilayer reflector composed of a plurality of inter-stacked polymer films.     摘要: A structure of direct type backlight module with high uniform emitting light explores a design of lenticular lens of diffusing plate. The lenticular lens is against the central location of light source, where the light of lamp is scattered and the curvature of said lenticular lens far away light source is enlarged, then to reduce the scatter effect and achieve uniformity. The other lenticular lens also can be designed for light location and distance. Each lenticular lens is against light location, and incident light can be reflected through the angle of microstructure surface at the entrance facet, but farther location can be resulted in total refraction due to large inclined angle, and diminishing the transmission light of light source then influencing the uniformity, finally reducing total reflection of wide angle.

    摘要: Disclosed are a display backlight module and its manufacturing method. A multilayer reflector is particularly introduced into the display backlight module for a LCD display. The multilayer reflector is composed of a plurality of inter-stacked polymer films with various indexes of refraction. With introduction of interference principle, the multilayer reflector is designed to reflect or transmit the light with a specific wavelength range for acquiring a more uniform backlight. According to one of the embodiments, the display backlight module includes a backlight module, such as a direct-type or an edge-type light source. The module further includes the multilayer reflector and an optical-film module. This optical-film module optionally includes a brightness-enhancement film and a diffuser.

    摘要: A composite diffuser structure includes a transparent layer having a light-entering surface and a light-emitting surface, a lenticular structure having a plurality of lenticular lens formed on the light-emitting surface, and a plurality of refection structures located on the light-entering surface. Each of the lenticular lenses has a first width. There is an opening between two adjacent reflection structures. Each of the openings has a second width. Thereby, the light beam enters into the transparent layer via the opening to increase the light efficiency. By using the diffuser layer located above the lenticular structure, the view angle can be adjusted.
