Abstract: An in-cell type touch panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a LCD device are provided. The touch panel includes an array substrate including: a glass substrate, thin film transistors, a planarization layer overlying the thin film transistors, a connecting wire on the planarization layer, a first insulating layer overlying the connecting wire, a touch sensing electrode on the first insulating layer, a second insulating layer overlying the touch sensing electrode and a pixel electrode on the second insulating layer. The connecting wire is connected to the touch sensing electrode by a first via hole, and the pixel electrode is connected to one of the thin film transistors by a second via hole. The touch sensing electrode further is configured as a common electrode, and during a displaying time period of an image frame, the touch sensing electrode transmits a common voltage and a touch control signal in time division manner.

Abstract: The present application discloses a bilateral driving device and a tablet display. The bilateral driving device includes a first source driver, a second source driver and at least two driving signal lines connected to the first source driver, a second source driver, wherein the connection of the middle site of the at least two driving signal lines is not parallel to the specific edge of the display panel. By adapting the embodiment of the present application can utilize the visual characteristics of the human eye, the connection of the middle site of the at least two driving signal lines is not parallel to the edge of the display panel to confuse the dark spots and bright spots, to enhance brightness uniformity of the display panel, and improve the display quality.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a driving method and a driving device of a display panel. The driving method comprises: to detect the operating state of said display panel; to switch the bias current which is in said data line driving circuit according to said operating state of said display panel in order to make display brightness of said display panel be uniform. Abstract: The present invention provides a display driving circuit and a liquid crystal display panel with adding a first AND gate (AND1), a second AND gate (AND2) and a third AND gate (AND3). Abstract: The disclosure is related to an array substrate having a touch function and a display device. The display device comprises a plurality of touch electrodes arranged in an array, a plurality of pixel electrodes, a plurality of scan lines, and a plurality of data lines. The scan lines and the data lines intersect with each other to define pixel regions on the display device. Each of the pixel electrodes is arranged in the corresponding pixel region and electrically connects to the corresponding scan line and the corresponding data line. Each touch electrode corresponds to at least one pixel region; at least an opening portion is formed at the overlapping regions between each of the touch electrode and at least one of the scan lines and the data line to reduce the coupling capacitance. Through the above-described manner, the disclosure can effectively improve the precision of the touch screen.
