    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a narrow frame display panel and a manufacturing method of thereof. The narrow frame display panel includes an array substrate, an opposite substrate, a liquid crystal filled between the array substrate and the opposite substrate, a flexible circuit board and a driving chip; a side located by the array substrate is a light emitting surface, one end of the array substrate is a binding end; one end of the flexible circuit board is bound to a surface of the binding end facing the opposite substrate, and the other end of the flexible circuit board is bound to the driving chip, a metal film layer with a hollow pattern is arranged on a surface of the array substrate facing the opposite substrate, a plurality of spaced columns are convexly arranged on a surface of the opposite substrate facing the array substrate, and the spaced columns extend to abut the metal film layer.

    Abstract: A quantum dot film and a backlight module are provided herein. The quantum dot film includes a quantum light-emitting layer, a dielectric layer, and a metal layer. The quantum light-emitting layer includes a plurality of quantum rods orientated along a same direction. The metal layer includes a plurality of metal lines disposed at intervals. The metal lines have a first major axis. The quantum rods have a second major axis. An angle between an extending line of the first major axis and an extending line of the second major axis is within a predetermined angular range.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a liquid crystal display, including a main screen, a second screen, a driving circuit, a controlled switch and a power source, the second screen includes a second screen array substrate, the main screen includes a main screen array substrate, the power source provides a power supply signal to the main screen array substrate directly, and supplies a power signal to the second screen array substrate by the controlled switch, the driving circuit provides a first control signal to the controlled switch in order to turn off the controlled switch, by which the second screen array substrate obtains the power supply signal, or provides a second control signal to the controlled switch in order to turn off the controlled switch, by which the second screen array substrate fails to obtain the power supply signal.

    Abstract: A direct backlight module is disclosed, and includes: a substrate having a driving circuit layer; multiple blue LED chips disposed on the substrate, and the multiple blue LED chips are electrically connected to the driving circuit layer; an optical conversion layer covered on the multiple blue LED chips, wherein the optical conversion layer includes a colloidal material, multiple phosphor particles and multiple haze particles disposed in the colloidal material, the optical conversion layer converts a blue light emitted from the multiple blue LED chips into a white light; and a transparent dielectric layer and a metal grating layer sequentially formed on the optical conversion layer. A liquid crystal display device is also disclosed. The direct backlight module can reduce the thickness of the liquid crystal device, which is beneficial to realize a thin and narrow-frame liquid crystal display device.
