    Abstract: A plug-in touch display device includes a capacitive touch screen stacked on a display module. The display module includes a display panel and a backlight module that are supported in a middle frame. The display panel includes an array substrate that includes a pixel electrode, which also serves as a first capacitive sensing electrode. The middle frame has one side facing the backlight module and receiving a second capacitive sensing electrode arranged therein. A gap exists between the second capacitive sensing electrode and backlight module. The first capacitive sensing electrode and the second capacitive sensing electrode configure an electrode-induction device jointly, for sensing a pressure signal applied on the capacitive touch screen. In a display time period of one frame, the pixel electrode transmits pixel voltage signals and pressure sensing signals alternately.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a display device, the display device includes: a display panel and a printed circuit board. A first bonding region is disposed on the display panel. The first bonding region includes a first bonding terminal. A second bonding region is disposed on the printed circuit board. The second bonding region includes a second bonding terminal. The first bonding terminal is connected to and contacts the second bonding terminal. The display device provided by the present application can reduce a width of a frame of the display device and improve a screen ratio of the display device.

The display panel includes an array substrate, a color filter substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the array substrate and the color filter substrate. The array substrate includes at least one transparent support column for supporting the array substrate and the color filter substrate to form the liquid crystal layer, and at least one fingerprint sensor disposed at a position corresponding to the transparent support column.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a COF flexible circuit board including a flexible package substrate and a control chip packaged on the flexible package substrate, the flexible package substrate is provided with an input terminal wiring and an output terminal wiring connected with the control chip, and the control chip includes a display driver for controlling a display panel, a touch controller for implementing a touch control function, and a fingerprint identification controller for implementing fingerprint identification that are packaged together. The present disclosure also provides a touch display panel including a display panel and a touch screen, and also including the COF flexible circuit board, the COF flexible circuit board being connected with the display panel and the touch screen. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure saves material costs and wiring space by integrating and packaging display, touch control and fingerprint identification into one control chip.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a light emitting diode (LED) backlight device and LED display device, including a plurality of backlight partitions; a reflective material layer covering a surface of the backlight substrate; a plurality of metal traces disposed within the backlight partitions and disposed between the backlight substrate and the reflective material layer; a plurality of pad openings penetrating from a surface of the reflective material layer to a surface of the metal traces. An orthographic projection of the pad openings projected toward the backlight substrate is completely within an area of the metal traces; and a plurality of solder paste application regions located in the pad openings. The LED display device assembled by the LED backlight device according to the present invention improves the yield of solder paste printing and die bonding, improves the light reflection, reduces the loss of light energy, and improves the light efficiency.
