Abstract: The present disclosure provides a backlight module, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The backlight module including a substrate, a plurality of LED chips disposed on the substrate, a plurality of encapsulation units encapsulating the LED chips in a one-to-one correspondence; each of the encapsulation units includes at least two encapsulation layers, an innermost one of the encapsulation layers completely covers the LED chip, and a refractive index of an encapsulation layer far from the LED chip is less than a refractive index of an encapsulation layer near the LED chip.

Abstract: A backlight module and a method of manufacturing same are provided. The backlight module includes a flexible circuit substrate. The flexible circuit substrate includes a flexible substrate, a first pad, a second pad, a mineral oil layer, and a light emitting diode (LED) chip. The first pad and the second pad are disposed on the flexible substrate. The mineral oil layer is disposed on the flexible substrate and is patterned to form a window opening region. Two ends of the LED chip are electrically connected to a positive electrode of the first pad and a negative electrode of the second pad respectively through the window opening region. The window opening region exposes at least the positive electrode and the negative electrode.

Abstract: An improvement method for speckle phenomenon of a display image includes: a display device respectively displaying a first black-and-color grid image and a second black-and-color grid image; black and color grins of the first black-and-color grid image and black and color grins of the second black-and-color grid image are complementary, size of black and color grins of the first black-and-color grid image and the second black-and-color grid image is same as pixel size of the display panel; and acquiring a pixel gray scale of the first black-and-color grid image the display device displays; the display device displaying an image according to the acquired pixel gray scales and a driving frequency. The method calibrates the pixel gray scale of the display device by way of compensation and algorithm to achieve brightness uniformity of the display screen and reduce or eliminate the speckle phenomenon caused by the AG cover glass.

Abstract: Disclosed are a manufacturing method of an anti glare layer and a display panel. The method comprises: preparing a spray solution comprising sprayed particles, each having a shell structure; spraying the spray solution uniformly onto the glass substrate by a spraying device to form an arrangement structure on the glass substrate; spraying an acidic liquid on the arrangement structure to remove the shell structures of the sprayed particles each having the shell structure to form gaps among the spray particles; implementing an annealing treatment to the sprayed particles to form the anti glare layer. Thus, the light diffraction effect can be reduce or even eliminated to improve the picture quality of the display for promoting the comfort of the user viewing.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a backlight module and a display device. The light emission direction of at least one of the lamp source and the fluorescent film is provided with a diffusely reflecting layer. The diffusely reflecting layer arranged above the lamp source diffusely reflects pump light emitted from the lamp source, which may enhance uniformity of the pump light. The diffusely reflecting layer arranged above the fluorescent film scatters light emitted from the fluorescent film, scatters the light and distributes the light to a larger range, which may improve light mixing uniformity and improve the uniformity of light emission brightness.

Abstract: The present invention provides a processing method of a cover plate, a control apparatus, a cover plate processing apparatus, and a storage medium. The processing method utilizes a scanning device to scan surfaces and obtain surface features of a first cover plate and a second cover plate, and performs Fourier transformation on the surface features of the first cover plate and the second cover plate to obtain the surface feature frequency variation distribution curves of the first cover plate and the second cover plate, thereby to obtain the surface feature frequency variation distribution curves of a high-resolution cover plate. Fourier inverse transformation is performed on the surface feature frequency variation distribution curves of the high-resolution cover plate to obtain surface features of a target cover plate, so that the high-resolution cover plate so processed meets balancing speckles and anti-glare requirements.
