Abstract: The present application provides a method, an apparatus, and a system for forming code. The method includes while a substrate is transferred to an exposure machine, adjusting the substrate to align with an exposure alignment mark on the substrate with the exposure machine; forming a code formation area on the adjusted substrate by controlling the exposure machine; while the substrate formed with the code formation area is transferred to a code formation machine, adjusting the substrate to align the exposure alignment mark on the substrate with the code formation machine; and forming an identification code in the code formation area on the adjusted substrate by controlling the code formation machine.

Abstract: An exposure machine includes a base portion, a port portion, and a conveying structure. The base portion includes a work table and a bearing frame. The bearing frame is disposed on the work table and is configured to carry a tray. The port portion is configured to serve as a feed port and a discharge port of the exposure machine. The conveying structure includes at least one upper arm, at least one lower arm, and a movable tray guide. The movable tray guide is connected to the base portion and the port portion. The at least one lower arm is provided with a hook configured to hook the tray and move the tray to the port portion.

Abstract: A double-sided organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a rigid substrate; a transmission flexible substrate and a reflective flexible substrate formed on the rigid substrate; a display substrate having a plurality of switching elements and formed on the transmission flexible substrate and the reflective flexible substrate; and a top-emission OLED light-emitting layer and a bottom-emission OLED light-emitting layer formed on the display substrate. The top-emission OLED light-emitting layer is corresponding to the reflective flexible substrate and the bottom-emission OLED light-emitting layer is corresponding to the transmission flexible substrate. The OLED display apparatus can serve as a double-sided display, and because of the use of the flexible substrate, it also has the advantage of easy carrying and flexibility.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a QLED display panel including a TFT array substrate and a plurality of pixel structures on the TFT array substrate. The pixel structures includes a first electrode, a hole transport layer (HTL), an emissive layer (EML), an electron transport layer (ETL), and a second electrode stacked in sequence along a direction facing away the TFT array substrate. The EML comprising organic solvent material and quantum dot (QD) material dispersed in the organic solvent material, and the QD material emitting light under an electrostatically excited condition. In addition, the present disclosure also relates to a manufacturing method of QLED display panel, wherein the QD emissive layer of the pixel structures are formed by coating processes.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an OLED display panel and an OLED display apparatus. The OLED display panel includes a display region and a GOA region, the GOA region is provided with at least one first thin film transistor, the display region is provided with at least one second thin film transistor, the first thin film transistor is an inorganic thin film transistor, the second thin film transistor is an organic thin film transistor. The GOA region of the invention adopts an inorganic thin film transistor, can improve the electron mobility and ensure sufficient gate driving current, and the organic thin film transistor is used in the display region to ensure good bending performance of the OLED display panel and to reduce the cost.
