Abstract:
A portable telephone with a fundamental structure consisting of a first housing with a built-in receiver and a second housing with a built-in transmitter which are connected around a hinge section in a rotatable manner, which further has biasing means for biasing the first housing and the second housing for their unfolding, attaching means for attaching the first housing and the second housing and detaching means for detaching the attached housings. An antenna is attached to the second housing in a rotatable manner. The first housing and the second housing are folded when the telephone is not in use. For reception or transmission, the attached first housing and second housing and the attached antenna are detached to unfold the telephone to set a usable state by a one-touch operation with a slide button.
Abstract:
A foldable portable telephone is made up of an upper casing having a receiver portion, and a lower casing having a transmitter portion. The lower casing is rotatably connected to the upper casing by a hinge. When the lower casing is rotated away from the upper casing, the receiver portion is moved to protrude from the upper casing. At this instant, the telephone is brought into an off-hook state. When the lower casing is rotated onto the upper casing, the receiver portion is retracted into the upper casing while the telephone is brought into an on-hook state. The receiver portion, when protruded from the upper casing, increases the distance between an antenna and the user's ear. In this condition, the antenna is not influenced by the user's body and, therefore, maintains a sufficient antenna gain.
Abstract:
An antenna handling mechanism incorporated in a portable radio communication apparatus and including an antenna which can be pulled out of the casing of the apparatus, as desired. When the antenna is received in the casing, the lower end of thereof is locked by a latch mechanism disposed in the casing. In this condition, as the tip of the antenna is pressed, the latch mechanism unlocks the lower end of the antenna and, at the same time, pushes the antenna out of the top of the casing by a pushing stroke. When the antenna being inserted into the casing reaches a predetermined position, the latch mechanism locks the lower end of the antenna.
Abstract:
A foldable portable information terminal includes an upper unit having a display unit on its one side, a lower unit having operation keys on its one side, and a movable connecting mechanism connecting the upper unit and the lower unit allowing the upper unit to be opened, closed, and freely rotated with respect to a longitudinal direction of the lower unit. The displaying mode of the display unit whose direction varies depending on a position of the upper unit is changed depending on a positional relationship of the upper unit and the lower unit.
Abstract:
A process of producing a cellulose acylate film is disclosed. The process comprises a forming step of forming a web of a fluid, comprising a cellulose acylate, aromatic group-containing oligomer and solvent, by casting the fluid onto a support, a stretching step of stretching the web, thereby to align molecules of the aromatic group-containing oligomer along the stretching direction, and a heat-treatment step of subjecting the stretched web to a heat treatment, thereby to at least increase the alignment degree of molecules of the aromatic group-containing oligomer.
