    Abstract: A clothes care apparatus includes a main body including a clothes care chamber configured to accommodate one or more clothes items; an optical sensor module configured to photograph an inside of the clothes care chamber, the optical sensor module including a plurality of light receiving elements arranged in an array, each of the plurality of light receiving elements being sensitive to different wavelength bands; and a processor configured to: acquire, from the plurality of light receiving elements, a sensing value for the one or more clothes items accommodated in the clothes care chamber, acquire spectroscopic data for the one or more clothes items accommodated in the clothes care chamber based on the sensing value, acquire feature information corresponding to the one or more clothes items accommodated in the clothes care chamber based on the spectroscopic data, input the feature information into a trained neural network model, acquire, from the trained neural network model, information on materials of the one or more clothes items accommodated in the clothes care chamber, and determine an operation course of the clothes care apparatus based on the information on the materials of the one or more clothes items accommodated in the clothes care chamber.

    Abstract: An electronic device and a control method therefor are provided. The clothing management device includes a sensor, a deodorizing device for removing a contaminant source of clothing received in the clothing management device, a perfuming device for spraying aroma onto clothing, and a processor for, when a user command for managing clothing is received, controlling the deodorizing device to perform deodorization for removing a contaminant source of the clothing, and, when it is determined that the concentration of the contaminant source in the clothing management device sensed by the sensor is less than or equal to a preconfigured threshold value, controlling the deodorizing device to stop the deodorization and controlling the perfuming device to perfume the clothing by using aroma.

    Abstract: An electronic device and a control method therefor are disclosed. A control method for an electronic device, according to the present disclosure, enables relearning of an artificial intelligence model for: receiving fall information acquired by a plurality of sensors of an external device when a fall event of a user is sensed by one of the plurality of sensors included in the external device; determining whether the user has fallen by using the fall information acquired by the plurality of sensors; determining a sensor, having erroneously determined that a fall has occurred, from among the plurality of sensors on the basis of whether the user has fallen; and determining that a fall has occurred by using a sensing value acquired by the sensor having erroneously determined that a fall has occurred. In particular, at least one part of a method for acquiring fall information by using a sensing value acquired through a sensor enables the user of artificial intelligence model having learned according at least one of machine learning, a neural network, and a deep-learning algorithm.
