    Abstract: A display device, includes: a substrate including an active area and a non-active area around the active area and including a pad area in which a plurality of touch pads are arranged; a plurality of sensing electrodes in the active area of the substrate; a plurality of sensing signal lines connected to each of the sensing electrodes; a multiplexer connected to the plurality of sensing signal lines; a pad multiplexer connection line connecting the multiplexer and the touch pad; and a transverse electric field blocking pattern between the pad multiplexer connection line and the substrate, wherein the transverse electric field blocking pattern covers the pad multiplexer connection line.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display area, a non-display area, a first additional area connected to the non-display area at a first boundary, and a second additional area connected to the first additional area at a second boundary, pixels on the display area, an encapsulation film on the pixels, electrodes on the encapsulation film, pads on the second additional area, sensing wires connecting the electrodes and the pads, a first sensing insulating film on the encapsulation film, and a second sensing insulating film on the first sensing insulating film. The substrate includes a curved first side in the first additional area and the first additional area decreases in width from the first boundary to the second boundary, and a boundary of the first sensing insulating film is closer to the first side than a boundary of the second sensing insulating film is to the first side.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate divided into a display area and a peripheral area, a light-emitting element layer on the substrate and including a light-emitting element, a circuit element layer on the substrate and including a circuit element which drives the light-emitting element, an encapsulation film of which portions thereof are respectively in the display area and the peripheral area, and a plurality of sensing electrodes each on the portion of the encapsulation film which is in the display area, including a plurality of first sensing electrodes and a plurality of second sensing electrodes which intersect the first sensing electrodes. Each of the first sensing electrodes includes a plurality of mesh lines intersecting one another in a mesh shape, and widths of the first sensing electrodes increase as a distance of the first sensing electrode from a center of the display area to the peripheral area decreases.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a base layer including a display area (DA) and a non-DA; a circuit element layer on the base layer and including: a power supply electrode (PSE) overlapping the non-DA, circuit elements, and a shielding electrode connected to the PSE and overlapping some of the circuit elements; a display element layer on the circuit element layer and including: a light emitting element including a first electrode, a light emitting unit, and a second electrode, and a connection electrode connecting the second electrode to the PSE and including first through-holes; a thin film encapsulation layer (TFEL) on the display element layer and including an organic layer overlapping the DA; and an input sensing layer on the TFEL and including sensing electrodes and sensing signal lines connected to the sensing electrodes. The sensing signal lines overlap the connection electrode. Some of the first through-holes overlap the shielding electrode.
