Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a light emitting element located on the substrate, an encapsulation layer covering the light emitting element, a sensing electrode located on the encapsulation layer, a first sensing line including a first portion having a first thickness and a second portion having a second thickness, and a second sensing line extended from the sensing electrode. The second sensing line is in contact with the first portion of the first sensing line. The first thickness and the second thickness are substantially the same. The first portion is positioned higher than the second portion from the substrate.

The main line portion and the detour portion extend in different directions, and the semiconductor area includes a second channel region overlapping the first portion of the detour portion.

Abstract: A display device includes a scan line extending in a first direction. A plurality of data lines cross the scan line. A driving voltage line crosses the scan line. An active pattern includes a plurality of channel regions and a plurality of conductive regions. A control line is connected to the plurality of data lines and the driving voltage line. The active pattern includes a shielding part overlapping at least one data line of the plurality of data lines. The control line includes a plurality of main line parts each extending in the first direction, and a detour part connecting two adjacent main line parts of the plurality of main line parts to each other. The detour part extends along a periphery of the active pattern and crosses the at least one data line of the plurality of data lines.

The power line and the initialization power line may be provided on different layers. The first and second conductive lines may be disposed in areas between the pixel electrodes of adjacent light-emitting elements.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, data lines arranged on the substrate, the data lines to which data voltages are applied, scan lines arranged on the substrate, the scan lines to which scan signals are applied, and a pixel connected to one of the data lines and at least one of the scan lines. The pixel includes a light emitting element, a driving transistor which supplies a driving current flowing between a first electrode and a second electrode to the light emitting element in accordance with the data voltage of the data line applied to a gate electrode, a first transistor between the gate electrode and second electrode of the driving transistor, a shielding electrode overlapping at least a part of the first transistor in a thickness direction of the substrate. The shielding electrode does not overlap the data lines in the thickness direction of the substrate.

The initialization power line may include: first conductive lines extending in a direction oblique to the scan lines and the data lines; and conductive lines intersecting the first conductive lines. The first and second conductive lines may be disposed in areas between the pixel electrodes of adjacent light-emitting elements.
