The barrier layer contains 0.1 atomic% to 18 atomic % nitrogen, 42 atomic% to 70 atomic% oxygen, and 25 atomic% to 45 atomic% silicon. Accordingly, the durability and barrier characteristics of the barrier layer and the light conversion efficiency of the light control pattern may be improved, and thus the reliability and display efficiency of the display panel including the barrier layer and the light control pattern may be enhanced.
