    Abstract: A display device including: a display panel including a pixel connected to a first scan line, second scan line, and data line, the pixel including: a first switch connected to the first scan line; a second switch connected to the second scan line; and a light emitting element; a low-frequency driving controller to output a power control signal having a first level in a first mode and a second power control signal having a second level in a second mode; a scan driver including first and second scan drivers to drive the first and second scan lines, wherein one of the first and second scan drivers operates in the second mode; and a data driver to operate in the second mode in response to the power control signal having the second level, wherein the data driver operates at a frequency lower than a reference frequency in the second mode.

    Abstract: A driving controller includes an image conversion circuit configured to convert an image signal to an image data signal including active data and blank data, a still image determination circuit configured to output a flag signal of an active level when the image signal is a still image, an operation mode determination circuit configured to output an operation mode signal indicating a low frequency mode when the flag signal is the active level, and to output an operation mode signal indicating an image transition mode when the flag signal is changed from the active level and an inactive level, and a blank voltage determination circuit configured to output a blank voltage signal corresponding to a first gray scale during the low frequency mode, and a blank voltage signal corresponding to a second gray scale during the transition mode, wherein the blank data corresponds to the blank voltage signal.

    Abstract: A quantum-nano light emitting diode (Q-NED) pixel includes a switching transistor configured to transfer a data voltage in response to a scan signal, a storage capacitor configured to store the data voltage transferred by the switching transistor, a driving transistor coupled to a first power supply voltage line, and configured to generate a driving current based on the data voltage stored in the storage capacitor, a plurality of Q-NEDs configured to emit light based on the driving current, the Q-NEDs having an ohmic contact resistance at anodes and cathodes of the Q-NEDs, a first sensing transistor configured to couple the Q-NEDs to a sensing line in response to a sensing signal when a sensing operation for sensing the ohmic contact resistance of the Q-NEDs is performed, and a second sensing transistor configured to decouple the Q-NEDs from a second power supply line in response to an inverted sensing signal.

    Abstract: A light emitting display device including: a display panel; a plurality of pixels included in the display panel, each of the plurality of pixels including a driving switching element connected to a first power line and a light emitting element connected to a second power line; a maximum voltage detection unit for detecting a voltage from each of the light emitting elements of each of the pixels and outputting a maximum voltage that has a highest voltage level among the detected voltages; and a power supply unit for correcting a first driving voltage based on the maximum voltage and applying the corrected first driving voltage to the first power line.

    Abstract: A timing controller includes: a temperature sensor to sense an ambient-3.6 temperature; a memory to store a liquid crystal response time corresponding to the temperature, and a gamma signal corresponding to the ambient temperature; a field number determinator to identify the liquid crystal response time corresponding to the ambient temperature from the memory, and to determine a number of fields corresponding to the liquid crystal response time; and a gamma converter to identify the gamma signal corresponding to the ambient temperature and the number of fields from the memory, and to convert an image signal into an image data signal corresponding to the gamma signal.
