Abstract:
A mammography apparatus minimizes the displeasure experienced by a human during x-ray operations, the displeasure being generated by a low temperature of a portion of the mammography apparatus making contact with the human body. The displeasure is minimized by increasing and maintaining the temperature of the portion of the mammography apparatus. The mammography apparatus includes an x-ray generating unit to generate x-rays, and an x-ray detecting unit having a detector to obtain x-ray data by detecting the x-ray passing through a subject. The x-ray detecting unit includes a housing forming an outer appearance of the x-ray detecting unit, a thermoelectric element provided at an inside the housing, and is disposed such that a cooling unit faces a lower surface of the detector, and a heat pipe extends to an inner side surface of the housing from a heat generating unit of the thermoelectric element.
Abstract:
A dialog system uses an extended domain in order to have a dialog with a user using natural language. If a dialog pattern actually input by the user is different from a dialog pattern predicted by an expert, an extended domain generated in real time based on user input is used and an extended domain generated in advance is used to have a dialog with the user.
Abstract:
A radiographic apparatus includes an X-ray source unit, a measurement unit configured to measure either one or both of a force and a torque applied to the X-ray source unit, at least one motor configured to move the X-ray source unit, and a system control unit configured to control the at least one motor to move the X-ray source unit according to a direction and a magnitude of the either one or both of the force and the torque measured by the measurement unit.

A radiographic system includes a photographic unit; an operating panel including a button configured to be pressed to indicate that a movement direction of the photographic unit is to be limited to a specific movement direction; a measurement unit provided between the operating panel and the photographic unit and configured to measure a magnitude and a direction of an external force applied to the operating panel; and a drive unit configured to move the photographic unit only in the specific movement direction based on the magnitude and the direction of the external force measured by the measurement unit in response to the button being pressed.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are an X-ray imaging apparatus which recognizes a marker located at a part to be subjected to X-ray imaging from an image of a subject imaged by a camera and which controls a respective movement of each of an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector to a respective position which corresponds to the recognized marker, and a method for controlling the same. An X-ray imaging apparatus includes an X-ray tube which radiates X-rays toward a subject, an X-ray detector which detects X-rays which propagate through the subject, an imaging unit which generates an image of the subject, a recognizes which recognizes a part to be subjected to X-ray imaging from the image of the subject, and a position controller which controls a movement of the X-ray tube and the X-ray detector to a position corresponding to the part to be subjected to X-ray imaging.
Abstract:
Disclosed are an X-ray device to inform a patient of X-ray irradiation through a sound and a method for controlling the same. The X-ray device includes an input portion to output a first-step press signal and a second-step press signal according to an operator input, a high-voltage generating portion to perform pre-heating, and to output a ready completion signal when the high-voltage generating portion completes pre-heating, a control portion to output a sound output signal when it receives both the second-step press signal output from the input portion and the ready completion signal output from the high-voltage generating portion, and a sound output portion to receive the sound output signal output from the control portion and to output a predetermined sound.

Abstract:
A medical imaging apparatus and a medical image management method provide information regarding image deletion to a user upon deleting stored images, thus allowing the user to intuitively recognize a storage capacity and to select a data capacity to be deleted. The medical imaging apparatus includes a storage unit storing images, a controller calculating a residual capacity among the storage capacity of the storage unit and determining whether or the residual capacity is less than a predetermined reference value, and a display unit displaying an auto deletion popup window receiving setting regarding a reference date for deletion of the stored images, if the residual capacity is less than the predetermined reference value.
