    摘要: Embodiments are provided for improved analysis of surgically explanted pathology samples or other varieties of tissue sample by guiding the sectioning of those samples using high-resolution volumetric imaging data. Such imaging data can include micro-CT imaging data. Improved sample imaging and visualization methods facilitate pathological analysis of the sample, guiding the sectioning of the sample to planes most likely to provide highly valuable and accurate data about sample margins relative to tumors or other target structures, tissue type cell morphology or other properties of a tumor or other target structure, or other clinically relevant data that could be missed were the tissue sample not sectioned along such image-guided plane(s). A projector or augmented-reality device can be used to indicate, to a pathologist, the location of structures of interest within the sample and/or the location of a sectioning gig could be detected/controlled relative to a display of the imaging data.

    摘要: A mammography apparatus includes: an imaging table; a radiation source; a compression plate that compresses the breast and is movable between the radiation source and the imaging table; a projector that includes a display displaying an image including first information projected onto a first surface facing the radiation source on the imaging table and second information projected onto a second surface facing the radiation source on the compression plate, and a projection optical system, in which a focus of the projection optical system is adjusted in accordance with a projection distance to the first surface; and a processor that is configured to control the display and change at least one of a display size or a display position of the second information in the image on an image display surface of the display in accordance with movement of the compression plate having the second surface independently of the first information.
