    Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device including: a display, a speaker, an inner structure including a front surface on which the display is seated, a rear surface having a seating portion for the speaker formed thereon, and a side surface connecting the front surface and the rear surface, and a housing in which the inner structure is seated. The inner structure includes: a first space formed by indentation of a part of the bottom surface of the seating portion toward the front surface of the inner structure, a second space formed to be open toward the front surface of the inner structure such that the second space is connected to and partially overlaps with the first space in a direction defined toward the front surface of the inner structure, and a duct formed to be open toward the side surface of the inner structure such that the duct is connected to and partially overlaps with the second space in a direction defined toward the rear surface of the inner structure.

    Abstract: Semiconductor light emitting devices and methods of fabricating the same are provided. The semiconductor light emitting device includes a light emitting structure, a first electrode, a first dielectric layer, a second electrode, and a vertical conductive pattern. The light emitting structure includes a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer that are sequentially stacked, and includes a first opening that penetrates the second semiconductor layer and the active layer, the first opening exposing the first semiconductor layer. The first electrode fills at least a portion of the first opening. The first dielectric layer is on the first electrode. The second electrode is on the light emitting structure and covers the first dielectric layer, the second electrode being electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer. The vertical conductive pattern surrounds outer lateral surfaces of the light emitting structure and is electrically connected to the first electrode.

    Abstract: A plasma diagnosis apparatus comprising; an upper substrate, a lower substrate stacked with the upper substrate, at least one probe on the upper substrate, a plasma diagnosis circuit mounted in the lower substrate and configured to diagnose plasma in a chamber through the probe, a wireless communication circuit mounted in the lower substrate and configured to wirelessly transmit a result of the plasma diagnosis circuit to an external device, a battery mounted in the lower substrate and configured to supply power to the plasma diagnosis circuit and the wireless communication circuit, and a wireless charging circuit mounted in the lower substrate and configured to wirelessly charge the battery. The plasma diagnosis circuit includes a transformer, a first circuit connected to a primary wound line of the transformer, a second circuit connected between a secondary wound line of the transformer and the probe, a current detection circuit connected to the primary wound line of the transformer, and a signal processing circuit configured to generate data with diagnostic characteristics of the plasma based on an output of the current detection circuit.
