摘要: Provided is a method of producing hydroxyalkylcellulose microparticles, the method including generating a pulse shock wave, and supplying a hydroxyalkylcellulose aqueous solution to the pulse shock wave generation region, thereby crushing and drying the hydroxyalkylcellulose aqueous solution. According to the production method, hydroxyalkylcellulose microparticles having a volume-average particle size of at least 0.1 μm but less than 15 μm are obtained. By mixing the hydroxyalkylcellulose microparticles with a principal agent and subjecting the resulting mixture to a tablet compression, a solid preparation having excellent tensile strength and disintegration properties can be obtained.

摘要: A communication apparatus and a congestion regulation control method which execute regulation control at the time of congestion, thereby improving communication quality. A congestion monitor monitors a congestion state, sets a congestion level and determines whether or not to perform regulation based on the congestion level. Traffic measuring unit measures the number of received signals as a traffic intensity. A traffic comparitor compares the traffic intensity with a preset traffic-regulation start traffic intensity when it is determined that regulation is to be performed. A regulation control means performs traffic regulation control when a comparison result shows that the traffic intensity is equal to or greater than the traffic-regulation start traffic intensity, and performs regulation control on a maintenance and operation process when the traffic intensity is smaller than the traffic-regulation start traffic intensity.

摘要: An optical circulator has optical elements structured to control return loss for light propagating from an input port to an output port. In some embodiments, the optical circulator has a port configuration that aligns a first optical port along the central axis of a first lens, aligns a second optical port along the central axis of a second lens and positions a third optical port adjacent to the first optical port. A light adjusting optical element may be included to adjust the direction of light emanating from the first optical port and the direction of light propagating to the third optical port to be parallel to each other.

摘要: Disclosed is a radio apparatus in a synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH) network in which a radio transmission line having a plurality of radio lines is installed between optical transmission lines each having a plurality of optical lines. The radio apparatus includes a plurality of channel boards, each of which is provided between an optical line and a radio line, for transmitting an optical signal received from the optical line to the radio line and transmitting a signal received from the radio line to the optical line, a setting unit, which is provided to be shared by each channel board, for attaching, per channel board, priority value to clock contained in each signal sent in via an optical line and a radio line, and for setting, per channel board, whether the clock of each priority value is to be outputted or not, and an equipment-clock decision unit for deciding a clock shared by the entire apparatus. Each channel board enters a clock, whose output has been designated by the setting unit, as well as the priority value and quality value of the clock, into the equipment-clock decision unit. On the basis of the quality value and priority value of each clock entered from each channel board, the equipment-clock decision unit decides the equipment clock and enters the equipment clock into each channel board.

摘要: A sensor control circuit unit (1) includes a circuit board (70) which has opposite sides (70a) and (70b) facing in parallel with each other, and carries a signal detection circuit (28) for receiving a detection signal whose level is equal to or less than one μA and which changes in accordance with NOX concentration, a power supply circuit (35), and a heater circuit (40) for controlling a heater. The power supply circuit (35) and the heater circuit (40) are mounted on one side of the circuit board (70) toward one side (70a) of the opposite sides, and the signal detection circuit (28) is mounted in a mounting area on the other side of the circuit board (70) toward the other side (70b) of the opposite sides, the mounting area being different from a mounting area of the circuits (35) and (40). A ground conductor (24x) connected to the ground is continuously formed on a surface of the circuit board (70) on which the signal detection circuit (28) is mounted such that the ground conductor (24x) extends along at least the other of the opposite sides.
