In one aspect, a UE measures a plurality of PRSs transmitted from a non-terrestrial device. The UE calculates a propagation delay change between the UE and the non-terrestrial device based on a TDOA of the plurality of PRSs. The UE transmits, to an LMF or a location server, a UE Rx-Tx time difference associated with a UE positioning session and the propagation delay change.
