    Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) operating in frame-based equipment (FBE) mode includes transmitting, to a base station, during a shared base station first channel occupancy time (COT), a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) actual repetition prior to an idle period in a first fixed frame period of the base station. The method also includes attempting to detect a downlink signal during a second COT in a second fixed frame period of the base station that occurs immediately after the idle period. The method further includes transmitting a second PUSCH actual repetition in the second fixed frame period after the idle period, in response to detecting the downlink signal and in response to a processing timeline being satisfied.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink signal from a network entity, the downlink signal associated with a set of available random access channel occasions, each random access channel occasion in the set of available random access channel occasions defining a resource set available for a random access procedure with the network entity. The UE may perform the random access procedure with the network entity using at least one random access channel occasion of the set of available random access channel occasions, the at least one random access channel occasion selected based at least in part on the downlink signal.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for determining and providing HARQ-ACK feedback corresponding to multiple PDSCHs scheduled by a DCI, which schedules a first PDSCH for transmitting repetitions of a first transport block (TB) and at least a second PDSCH for transmitting repetitions of a second TB. A UE monitors for repetitions of the first and the second PDSCH in a set of candidate PDSCH reception occasions corresponding to an uplink slot for transmitting the feedback. The set of candidate PDSCH reception occasions are based on a set of downlink slots corresponding to a reference repetition of each of the first TB and the second TB and a set of start and length indicator values (SLIVs) corresponding to the set of DL slots. The UE then transmits the feedback indicating results of the monitoring, based on a codebook generated according to the set of candidate PDSCH reception occasions.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for ultra-reliable low latency communications (URLLC) indications with multi-physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and/or multi-physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) grants. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network entity, downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a plurality of transmissions of a first priority, wherein the DCI comprises at least one field indicating one or more parameters to apply when at least one previously scheduled transmission of a second priority collides with: one or more of the plurality of transmissions of the first priority, or one or more transmissions acknowledging the one or more of the plurality of transmissions of the first priority; and applying the one or more parameters to process the plurality of the transmissions of the first priority.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to indicate to a base station a distribution of transmit antennas and receive antennas across a set of antenna panels, and the base station may configure resource sets for reference signal transmissions from the antenna panels based on the indicated distribution. In a first example, the UE may be configured to indicate a respective number of transmit antennas and receive antennas at each antenna panel. In a second example, the UE may be configured to indicate a sum of transmit antennas and a sum of receive antennas across all antenna panels, along with information on how the transmit antennas and receive antennas are distributed. Based on the indication, the base station may configure resource sets for reference signal transmission on sets of ports in resources of the resource sets.
