    Abstract: There are provided measures for enabling/realizing pathloss measurement on an unlicensed spectrum, i.e. arrangement of an appropriate pathloss reference signal for operation on an unlicensed spectrum. Such measures exemplarily comprise that a communication node or element in a communication system, which is configured for beam-based operation on an unlicensed band, obtains a pathloss measurement configuration, including a reference signal for pathloss measurement, validates practicability of pathloss measurement based on the configured reference signal, and controls pathloss measurement, wherein pathloss is measured based on the configured reference signal in a case where the configured reference signal is practicable, or pathloss measurement is skipped or pathloss is measured based on another reference signal being on the same quasi-co-location chain as the configured reference signal in a case where the configured reference signal is not practicable.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided for cell-edge scheduling arrangement for high subcarrier spacing. In an example implementation, the method may include configuring, by a gNB, a first numerology parameter that enables at least symbol repetition and a modified cyclic prefix, and transmitting, by the gNB, a downlink signal/channel that is configured based at least on the symbol repetition and modified cyclic prefix. In another example implementation, the method may include configuring, by a user equipment (UE), a first numerology parameter that enables at least symbol repetition and modified cyclic prefix based at least on information received from a gNB, aligning, by the UE, fast Fourier transform (FFT) windows with boundaries of the repeated symbols, and processing, by the UE, a downlink signal/channel received from the gNB based at least on the aligning.

    Abstract: Devices, methods and computer programs for a packet data unit session for physical uplink control channel transmission slot determination are disclosed. A client device receives from a network node device physical uplink control channel, PUCCH, configuration information for configuring more than one serving cell for a PUCCH transmission within a PUCCH cell group for the client device. The PUCCH configuration information comprises at least one set of relative slot offset values n for at least one target serving cell for the PUCCH transmission having a larger sub-carrier spacing, SCS, than an SCS of a reference cell. The client device utilizes the received PUCCH configuration information in selecting a PUCCH transmission slot for a target serving cell.
