Abstract: A determination can be made that a power headroom report has been triggered. An allocated slot on a first serving cell can overlap with multiple slots on a second serving cell. A first power headroom report can be generated for the allocated slot on the first serving cell. A second power headroom report can be generated for the second serving cell. The second power headroom report can be generated for a first slot of the multiple overlapping slots on the second serving cell that fully overlaps with the allocated slot on the first serving cell. The first power headroom report and the second power headroom report can be transmitted in the uplink transmission in the allocated slot on the first serving cell. The first power headroom report and the second power headroom report can be Type 1 power headroom reports.

Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for determining a priority order based on uplink transmission parameters. One apparatus includes a processor that: indicates uplink transmission parameters to a medium access control layer, wherein the uplink transmission parameters correspond to an uplink grant, the uplink transmission parameters comprise an indication of a numerology and an uplink transmission duration, and the numerology comprises a subcarrier spacing; and assigns, by the medium access control layer, resources allocated by the uplink grant to the logical channels based on the uplink transmission parameters and a logical channel priority of the plurality of logical channels, wherein each logical channel of the plurality of logical channels is configured with a set of numerologies allowed by the respective logical channel, a maximum uplink transmission duration, and information indicating whether a data of the respective logical channel is allowed to be transmitted on a configured grant.

One apparatus includes a receiver that receives an uplink grant corresponding to uplink transmission parameters that include an indication of a numerology and a transmission time interval length. The apparatus includes a processor that determines a priority order of multiple logical channels based on the uplink transmission parameters and a logical channel priority of the multiple logical channels. The processor assigns resources to logical channels of the multiple logical channels based on the priority order.

A HARQ-ACK feedback can be transmitted on the uplink control channel using the determined number of symbols in response to receiving the downlink message.

The selected RACH preamble can be transmitted on the selected RACH resource. An RA-RNTI can be determined based on at least the selected RACH resource. At least a PDSCH including a RAR message can be received. The PDSCH can be based on the selected SS block and based on the determined RA-RNTI.
