Abstract:
A wearable device and a method for controlling display of the same are disclosed. Herein, the method for controlling the wearable device includes the steps of, when a contents or channel change in information currently being viewed through an external device occurs, determining whether or not the contents change corresponds to a change performed by a wearer of the wearable device, and, when it is determined that the contents change corresponds to a change performed by a viewer other than the wearer of the wearable device, displaying a content signal that was previously viewed prior to the contents change to the display means.
Abstract:
The present specification relates to a mobile device and a method of controlling therefor, and more particularly, to a mobile device providing a user interface of a different security level according to a fingerprint verification and a touch input trajectory and a method of controlling therefor.
Abstract:
A portable device and a method for controlling the same are discussed. The portable device comprises a double sided display unit including a first display screen on a front side and a second display screen on a back side; a first touch sensor unit and a second touch sensor unit configured to respectively sense a first touch input for the first display screen and a second touch input for the second display screen; and a processor configured to: switch the second touch sensor unit to a ready-to-active state activating temporarily the second touch sensor unit for a predetermined period when the first touch input for the first display screen is sensed, and switch the second touch sensor unit to an active state when the second touch input for the second display screen is sensed within the predetermined period.
Abstract:
Discussed are a smart watch and a method for controlling the same, which determine a notification device that provides a notification of an event, based on wearing/non-wearing of a smart watch and on a distance between the smart watch and an external digital device. The smart watch includes a display unit configured to display content, a sensor unit configured to detect an input signal and transmit the detected input signal to a processor, a communication unit configured to transmit/receive data, and the processor configured to control the display unit, the sensor unit, and the communication unit, wherein the processor is configured to detect a mode of the smart watch, wherein the mode of the smart watch includes a worn mode and an unworn mode of the smart watch.
Abstract:
A method for controlling a portable device and which includes detecting one of a first unlock command for switching a state of a first display unit to an active state and maintaining a state of a second display unit in a locked state or a second unlock command for switching the state of the first display unit to the active state and switching the state of the second display unit to a ready-to-activate state; switching the states of the first and second display units to the active state and the ready-to-activate state, respectively, when the second unlock command is detected; detecting an unlock trigger; and switching the second display unit to the active state according to the detected unlock trigger.

Abstract:
A center fascia and controlling method thereof are disclosed. The present invention includes receiving a user input from a user through an interface module and differently displaying a screen in accordance with at least one of a location of the interface module, a direction faced by a specific portion of the interface module and a touch input to the interface module.
Abstract:
Discussed are a display device that copies a virtual image mapped to a marker to another marker and a control method thereof. The display device includes a sensor unit configured to sense an input to the display device, a camera unit configured to capture a surrounding image of the display device, a display unit configured to display a virtual image, and a processor configured to control the sensor unit, the camera unit, and the display unit. The processor is further configured to acquire information regarding a first virtual image mapped to a first marker and display the first virtual image using the acquired information regarding the first virtual image, when the first marker is recognized from the captured surrounding image, and maintain display of the first virtual image, when a copy trigger signal for the first virtual image is received and a second marker is overlaid on the first marker.
Abstract:
The present specification relates to a foldable display device and a method of controlling therefor, and more particularly, to a method of configuring illuminance of a display screen according to an illuminance value detected based on a folding angle between a first body and a second body of the foldable display device.
Abstract:
A portable device and a method for controlling the same are discussed, in which a user may control a display of the device more conveniently and exactly. The portable device includes a main display unit; a flexible display unit; a touch sensor unit configured to sense a touch input of a user; a measurement unit configured to detect expanding of the flexible display; and a processor. The processor is further configured to: when a first image is displayed on a first area which is an expanded area of the flexible display unit, display a second image on a second area which is an additionally expanded area of the flexible display unit when additional expanding of the flexible display unit and a lack of a first touch input to the flexible display unit are sensed.
