Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to a system configured to facilitate computational analysis of a health condition. In some embodiments, the system is configured to: obtain a graph comprising nodes and edges, the nodes comprising nodes of a first node type that correspond to risk parameters and nodes of a second node type that correspond to risk models; process the graph to generate a resulting graph for a first individual by: determining a value of a risk parameter of a first-type node (that has an edge linking the first-type node to a second-type node in the graph) with respect to the first individual; and removing edges linking the second-type node to first-type nodes from the graph based on the value of the risk parameter of the first-type node; and select, based on the resulting graph, risk models to be used to perform analysis of the first individual's health condition.

Abstract: A system and method prioritizes and presents heterogenous medical data. The method includes retrieving medical data of a patient, the medical data including data from multiple data sources. The method includes phenotyping the medical data to generate a reasoning trail and reasoning outcome including one or more codes, the reasoning trail including a basis for which the reasoning outcome is determined. The method includes assigning a relevance score to each of the one or more codes. The method includes ranking the codes based on the relevance score of each of the one or more codes. The method includes displaying the codes in rank order.

Abstract: A system and method for selecting image sequences of echocardiogram studies for visual comparison by a user. The method includes receiving image sequences from a current study and a prior study to be compared. The method includes determining a relevant view of the image sequences of the current and prior studies and selecting an image sequence of the relevant view of one of the current and prior studies for comparison. The method includes displaying the image sequence from one of the current and prior studies to a user via an interactive comparison panel. The method includes determining which image sequence of the relevant view of an other of the current and prior studies most closely matches the selected image sequence and displaying the image sequence from the other of the current and prior studies that most closely matches the selected image sequence via the interactive comparison panel.

Abstract: A radiology workstation (14) used to interpret a radiology examination (48) includes a display (20, 22), a user input device (24, 26, 28), and an electronic processor (12, 16). A radiology image of the radiology examination is displayed on the display. A radiology report is entered. An imaged anatomical region (54) is determined from the stored radiology examination. An examination basis medical condition is identified from the reason for examination (52). At least one additional medical condition is determined based on information on the patient retrieved from one or more medical databases (10, 44, 46) and is classified as reviewable or not reviewable based on the imaging modality (50) and the imaged anatomical region. An attention list (40) is created with items directed to the examination basis medical condition and to each reviewable additional medical condition. A representation (42) of the attention

Abstract: Systems for determining an erroneous code in a medical report comprising a plurality of codes, each code representing a comment in the medical report the system, comprise a memory comprising instruction data representing a set of instructions and a processor configured to communicate with the memory and to execute the set of instructions. The set of instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to determine a respective vector representation for each of the plurality of codes in the medical report, wherein relative values of any selected pair of vector representations are correlated with a co-occurrence of the corresponding codes in a set of reference medical reports. The set of instructions when exectured by the processor further cause the processor to determine an erroneous code in the medical report, based on the vector representations.
