Abstract: This disclosure provides a decoding method and apparatus in the communications field. The method includes: extracting at least one piece of prior information from at least one first transport block that has been successfully decoded, and assembling the at least one piece of prior information into a prior information set, where one piece of prior information includes header information of a transmission protocol layer of one first transport block; when a to-be-decoded second transport block sent by a transmit end is received, selecting first prior information from the prior information set, where the second transport block is a transport block obtained by the transmit end by coding a third transport block; and decoding the second transport block based on the first prior information and first demodulation information of the second transport block, to obtain the third transport block.

Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: obtaining significant bits in an Nth data frame, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, a quantity of the significant bits in the Nth data frame is smaller than a quantity of bits in the Nth data frame, and remaining bits other than the significant bits in the Nth data frame are insignificant bits in the Nth data frame; and sending the significant bits in the Nth data frame, and skipping sending the insignificant bits in the Nth data frame. According to the application, on a premise of ensuring voice intelligibility, a transmit end apparatus transmits only the significant bits, to minimize a data transmission amount, thereby improving transmission reliability and coverage.

Abstract: A data transmission method, a sending device, and a receiving device are provided. A sending device obtains information data, encodes the information data by using a quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check (LDPC) code matrix, modulates the encoded data to obtain first data, and sends the first data. A receiving device obtains second data, demodulates the second data to obtain to-be-decoded data, and decodes the to-be-decoded data by using a block matrix in an LDPC code matrix, where the block matrix is a submatrix in the quasi-cyclic LDPC matrix, and in the quasi-cyclic LDPC matrix, a row weight of a row (H−1) is greater than or equal to a row weight of a row H, or a row weight of a row (H−1) is less than or equal to a row weight of a row H. In this way, decoding efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to communication technologies and provide a method for transmitting or retransmitting data in a transport block. The transport block includes one or more code block groups, and each code block group includes one or more code blocks. A data processing device determines a code block group in the transport block that needs to be transmitted. Each code block in the code block group is processed by the data processing device to obtain a bit sequence. Abstract: This application discloses an information processing method. A communication device obtains an input sequence. The input sequence has a quantity B of bits. The communication devices transforms the input sequence into one or more code blocks. The communication device encodes each of the code blocks, to obtain one or more encoded code blocks. Each of the code blocks has a code block length less than or equal to a maximum code block length. Each of the code blocks includes a segment of the input sequence, one or more cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits corresponding to the segment of the input sequence, and one or more filler bits. The encoded code blocks can meet various channel coding requirements.
