Abstract:
A charging method applied to a network architecture in which network control and data flow forwarding are separated. The method includes receiving, by a control plane (CP) entity, a charging rule delivered by a policy and charging rules function PCRF entity, generating, by the CP, a user plane UP entity reporting policy based on the charging rule, requesting, by the CP from an online charging system OCS, a quota required by a rating group in the charging rule; receiving, by the CP, a quota delivered by the OCS, and generating UP quota information based on the quota; and delivering, by the CP, the generated UP reporting policy and the generated UP quota information to the UP.
Abstract:
A charging method includes: determining, by a control plane function entity (CP), that a data flow that is transmitted by user equipment (UE) on a first data session needs to be migrated to a second data session; charging, by the CP, the data flow on the first UP through a first charging session between the CP and a charging system; obtaining, by the CP, charging information of the data flow before the migration that is counted by the first UP; and determining, by the CP, a quota that is used for the data flow after the migration is necessary to be delivered to the second UP, and delivering the quota to the second UP, thereby charging a service data flow of a user in a case of migration between user planes.
Abstract:

The method includes: determining, by a gateway device, whether a rate group of a service data stream changes; and if the rate group of the service data stream changes, reporting, by the gateway device, charging data to the charging system, so that the charging system performs charging according to the charging data, where the charging data includes service usage information and a reporting reason for reporting the charging data, and the reporting reason indicates a change of the rate group.
Abstract:
A policy and charging enforcement function (PCEF) apparatus, an online charging apparatus, and an online charging method, where the online charging method includes receiving a policy and charging control (PCC) rule from a policy and charging rules function (PCRF), determining that a service data flow of a user equipment is a sponsor service data flow sponsored by a sponsor, determining, based on a rating group of the sponsor service data flow included in the PCC rule, whether the PCEF apparatus has a credit quota available to the sponsor service data flow when the sponsor service data flow uses online charging, and sending a credit control request including the rating group to the online charging apparatus when the PCEF apparatus does not have the credit quota available to the sponsor service data flow.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a charging control method, a charging trigger apparatus, and an online charging system. The method includes: generating, by a CTF, a resource quota request according to a trigger condition; and sending the resource quota request to an online charging system (OCS), so that the OCS determines a quota type and number after receiving the resource quota request, and allocates a quota for the resource quota request according to the quota type and number determined by the OCS, where the quota type and number are determined by the OCS according to the resource quota request. In the foregoing method, a problem that in the prior art, a charging control error occurs due to different determining bodies of a quota type is solved.
Abstract:
A method for charging an inter-Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) roaming data service online, and a device are presented. The method includes, after determining that an access subscriber is a roaming subscriber, establishing, by a visited-place packet data network gateway, an online charging session for the access subscriber; determining a first charging information parameter list; sending, to a home online charging system, a first quota request message that carries a rating group; receiving a roaming data service quota of the rating group sent by the home online charging system; and sending first charging information to the home online charging system according to the first charging information parameter list. The disclosed embodiments can simplify a network connection between a visited-place PGW and an OCS of another operator that has a roaming agreement with the visited-place operator, reduce network connection complexity, and improve network connection efficiency.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses an application charging method. The method includes receiving, by a CTF device, a charging rule of an application from a PCRF device, wherein the charging rule of the application carries an application identifier and charging rule parameters of the application, executing the charging rule of the application, and detecting, according to an application identifier, a flow of the application transmitted on one or more bearers, sending, by the CTF device according to charging rule parameters of the application, a charging session establishment request to a charging system and establishing a charging session of the application, collecting charging information about the detected flow of the application, and sending the collected charging information about the flow of the application to the charging system by using the charging session of the application.
Abstract:
A network resource processing apparatus, method, and system, which is used to resolve a communication congestion problem between network devices during network resource processing, is presented. A receiving module receives computation environment information that are corresponding to a computation task and network information of each computation node, provides the computation environment information to a bandwidth decision module and a generation module, and provides the network information of each computation node to the generation module; the bandwidth decision module decides a to-be-allocated bandwidth for the computation task according to the computation environment information; the generation module generates routing configuration policy information for the computation task according to the network information of each computation node, the decided to-be-allocated bandwidth, and the computation environment information, and provides the routing configuration policy information to a sending module; and the sending module sends the routing configuration policy information to a routing configuration controller.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of mobile communications, and more specifically, to a charging session management method and apparatus. The present disclosure provides a charging session management method, where when user equipment (UE) is in a state of accessing to a network, there is an internet protocol (IP)-Connectivity access network (CAN) bearer between a Gateway and the UE, where the IP-CAN bearer is used to transmit a data flow of the UE, and a charging session exists between the Gateway and a charging system; and the method includes: when a charging session established for the IP-CAN bearer exists between the Gateway and the charging system, terminating, by the Gateway, the charging session if determining that no data flow is transmitted on the IP-CAN bearer within a time threshold; and establishing, a new charging session for the IP-CAN bearer when detecting that a data flow transmission starts to be transmitted on the IP-CAN bearer.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for dynamically adjusting a resource and a scheduling device. By adopting the method for dynamically adjusting a resource and the scheduling device that are provided in the present invention, when routing is performed according to the adjusted routing table, a resource only needs to process a session in a number segment allocated to the resource itself, thereby avoiding an error caused by scheduling across number segments, improving correctness of the method for dynamically adjusting a resource, avoiding that a resource cannot be released because a service session exists for a long time, and improving resource utilization of the method for dynamically adjusting a resource.
