Abstract:
A mobile relay station (RS) and a handover method thereof are provided. When it is determined that a mobile RS performs handover from a superordinate base station (BS) to a target BS, information indicating admission of handover is received from the superordinate BS. The mobile RS transmits a service unavailability section to a subordinate terminal, whereby the subordinate terminal is prevented from performing handover to a different BS or a different RS.
Abstract:
A device-to-device (D2D) communication method, performed by a receiving D2D terminal, may comprise receiving D2D data from a transmitting D2D terminal; generating feedback information for the D2D data; and receiving information on a first resource for transmission of the feedback information from a base station, and transmitting the feedback information to the transmitting D2D terminal through the first resource, wherein the information on the first resource is received without an explicit scheduling request (SR) to the base station.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and an apparatus for performing a synchronous hybrid automatic repeat reQuest (HARQ). When a variable transmission time allocation is allocated per HARQ process, resource allocation information including a duration field corresponding to a length of a transmission time interval (TTI) allocated to each of the HARQ processes is transmitted. After the resource allocation information is transmitted, it is determined whether an HARQ error occurs at a predetermined timing and if it is determined whether the HARQ error occurs, the HARQ error is handled.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method and apparatus for random access in a wireless communication system. In a communication environment in which a first terminal and a second terminal coexist, a base station receives a random access identification signal from one among a first terminal and a second terminal. The base station transmits a busy signal in response to the random access identification signal. After that, the base station receives data from the terminal having transmitted the random access identification signal.
Abstract:
A method of managing a resource is provided by a base station. The base station allocates a resource to a terminal, and generates a downlink control channel including information of the allocated resource and a transmission time of a next downlink control channel. Further, the base station transmits the downlink control channel to the terminal.
Abstract:
A method in which a transmitting terminal included in an talk-around direct communication (TDC) network transmits data includes: determining a data frame for transmitting the data; requesting to reserve a data transmission segment included in the data frame through a transmission request segment included in the data frame; receiving a response signal transmitted in a transmission response segment included in the data frame; and analyzing the response signal and transmitting the data through the data transmission segment.
Abstract:
A method of performing communication of a terminal includes the terminal transmitting state information thereof to a base station, and the terminal receiving a mode change request from the base station when the terminal is selected by the base station.
Abstract:
A permutated channel structure based on a block structure in talk-around direct communication is provided. A dedicated subchannel interferes with only one adjacent dedicated subchannel, even with a large synchronization error, by permutating the dedicated subchannels by cyclic shifts, whereby diversity gain can be maintained and interference between adjacent channels can be minimized.
Abstract:
In a direct communication between terminals, a terminal transmits a synchronization channel preamble part after transmitting a synchronization channel message part including synchronization information. The terminal receives a dedicated channel including a direct communication packet after transmitting the synchronization channel preamble part. A transition time gap for switching from transmission to reception may be inserted to an end of the synchronization channel preamble part.
Abstract:
An operation method of a base station in a communication system may comprise: generating first RACH configuration information for a normal terminal; generating second RACH configuration information for a RedCap terminal; transmitting a message including the first RACH configuration information and the second RACH configuration information; and performing a random access procedure with a first terminal based on the message, wherein a terminal type of the first terminal is identified based on the first RACH configuration information and the second RACH configuration information, and the terminal type is the normal terminal or the RedCap terminal.
