    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a thin film transistor and a method for manufacturing the same, an array substrate and a display panel. The thin film transistor includes a base substrate; a partially transparent layer on one side of the base substrate; a first gate electrode on one side of the partially transparent layer away from the base substrate; a second gate insulation layer on one side of the first gate electrode away from the base substrate; and an active layer on one side of the second gate insulation layer away from the base substrate. An orthographic projection of the partially transparent layer to the base substrate covers an orthographic projection of the active layer to the base substrate.

    Abstract: A transparent display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a transparent display apparatus are disclosed. The transparent display panel includes: a substrate including a non-transparent region and a transparent region; a first power line and a first read line both disposed on the substrate and arranged in the same layer; a dielectric layer covering both the first power line and the first read line; a second power line and a second read line both disposed on a side of the dielectric layer facing away from the substrate and arranged in the same layer. The second power line is electrically connected to the first power line through a first conductive plug extending through the dielectric layer, and the second read line is electrically connected to the first read line through a second conductive plug extending through the dielectric layer.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate, a method for manufacturing an array substrate, a display panel, and a display device. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixels, each of the pixels includes a plurality of sub-pixels, wherein each of the plurality of sub-pixels includes a base substrate, an insulating layer, a color filter layer, a planarization layer, and an organic light emitting unit, and wherein the insulating layer covers the base substrate, the insulating layer is provided with a first opening, at least a portion of the color filter layer is filled in the first opening, the planarization layer covers over the insulating layer and a surface of the color filter layer, and the organic light emitting unit is disposed on the planarization layer.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display panel are provided. The OLED display substrate has pixel regions and includes a base substrate and a pixel defining layer disposed on the base substrate; in regions of the pixel defining layer corresponding to the pixel regions, accommodation parts penetrating the pixel defining layer are disposed, and the pixel defining layer is further provided with guide parts disposed corresponding to the accommodation parts, the guide parts are located on a periphery of the corresponding accommodation parts and formed by recessed areas which are formed on a side of the pixel defining layer away from the base substrate, the recessed areas do not penetrate the pixel defining layer, and an orthographic projection of the guide part on the base substrate is directly coupled to an orthographic projection of the corresponding accommodation part on the base substrate.

The array substrate includes a plurality of sub-pixel areas, each of the plurality of sub-pixel areas includes a pixel drive circuit and a photo compensation circuit arranged above a substrate, the pixel drive circuit includes a pixel storage capacitor coupled with a drive transistor, and the photo compensation circuit includes a photosensitive storage capacitor coupled with a photosensitive device; and the pixel storage capacitor and the photosensitive storage capacitor are arranged in a laminated manner, and the pixel storage capacitor and the photosensitive storage capacitor share a same electrode plate.
