    Abstract: An electroluminescent display panel, a method for manufacturing the same and a display apparatus are disclosed. The electroluminescent display panel includes: a silicon backplate; a light emitting device on the silicon backplate; a first sealing layer on a side of the light emitting device away from the silicon backplate; an adhesive layer on a side of the first sealing layer away from the light emitting device; and a color filter layer on a side of the adhesive layer away from the first sealing layer. The light emitting device includes a luminescent material, and the first sealing layer includes an anti-ultraviolet light material for preventing ultraviolet light from irradiating onto the luminescent material.

    Abstract: Provided are a display substrate and a preparation method thereof, and a display device. The display substrate includes a base substrate, a light-emitting element disposed on the base substrate, and an encapsulation layer disposed on the light-emitting element, the display substrate further comprises a driving circuit connected with the light-emitting element and configured to drive the light-emitting element, the driving circuit comprises a driving transistor which comprises an active layer located inside the base substrate; the encapsulation layer comprises a first gradient layer and a second gradient layer stacked along a direction away from the base substrate, a content of oxygen element in the first gradient layer gradually decreases, and a content of carbon element in the second gradient layer gradually increases along the direction away from the base substrate.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The display panel includes a base substrate and sub-pixels thereon. At least one sub-pixel includes: a light emitting element including a first electrode, a luminous functional layer and a second electrode sequentially stacked, the first electrode being closer to the base substrate than the second electrode; a metal reflective layer, between the base substrate and the first electrode; a silicon nitride layer, between the first electrode and the metal reflective layer, and including a first via hole through which the first electrode is connected with the metal reflective layer; a driving circuit including a driving transistor and a storage capacitor between the base substrate and the metal reflective layer, the driving transistor including a gate electrode connected with the storage capacitor, and source and drain electrodes, one of which is connected with the metal reflective layer.

    Abstract: A light-emitting diode (LED) display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display device are disclosed. The LED display panel includes: a base substrate; and a plurality of sub-pixels, a color resistance layer and a light-shielding structure located on the base substrate. The base substrate includes a display region and a periphery region; the sub-pixels are located in the display region; the light-shielding structure is an annular structure located in the periphery region. The light-shielding structure includes a first light-shielding structure and a second light-shielding structure located at a side of the first light-shielding structure away from the base substrate, a second orthographic projection of the second light-shielding structure on the base substrate is located within a first orthographic projection of the first light-shielding structure on the base substrate, and the first orthographic projection is not completely coincident with the second orthographic projection.
