    摘要： There is provided an electronic paper display device, and a method of manufacturing the same. The electronic paper display device includes a display side electrode formed of a transparent material, a rear electrode opposing the display side electrode, a substrate disposed between the display side electrode and the rear electrode, and including a plurality of partition walls separating a space between the display side electrode and the rear electrode and a plurality of cell spaces formed by the plurality of partition walls, and two or more types of rotary bodies disposed in the plurality of cell spaces and displaying different respective colors. The same type of rotary bodies displaying the same color among the rotary bodies includes a plurality of rotary bodies having different respective shades. The electronic paper display device has high image stability and uniformity and enables the expression of various shades.

    摘要： A cooking apparatus is provided. The cooking apparatus includes a cooking cavity, an upper space formed above the cooking cavity, lateral side spaces formed to at opposite lateral sides of the cooking cavity, a rear space formed behind the cooking cavity, and a lower space formed below the cooking cavity. A fan provided in the rear space generates a cooling flow that cools components housed in the rear space. A cooling flow path extends from the rear space and into the upper space and lateral side spaces. Flow from the upper space enters the door to cool the door and is exhausted through a lower portion of the door. Flow from the lateral side spaces, which includes an exhaust flow from the cooking cavity, is guided to the lower space and exhausted. In this manner, the cooking apparatus can be completely cooled and cooking odors and heat appropriately exhausted by the cooling fan positioned in the rear space.

    摘要： The present invention discloses to a keypad with an EL device for a backlight united with a keypad rubber and a method for fabricating the same for improving a click sensitivity and visibility of keys and preventing a wrong operation of the keys by using a silicon injection process.The method for fabricating a keypad used in a portable terminal, comprises the steps of: fabricating a light-emitting device for a backlight; printing an adhesive on a front side and a back side of the light-emitting device; performing an injection process to form a silicon layer, the silicon layer united with the light-emitting device through the adhesive; cutting the light-emitting device united with the silicon layer in a regular shape suitable to the portable terminal; and attaching keys to portions of the silicon layer corresponding to a light-emitting portion of the front side in the light-emitting device.

    摘要： A semiconductor device having a double pad structure, and a method of manufacturing the same, allows a pad size required for a wire-bonding or a ball-bonding process with highly-integrated semiconductor devices to be obtained. The semiconductor device having a double pad structure includes a cell-portion having a certain circuit pattern on a semiconductor substrate and a peri-portion having a plurality of pads formed around the cell-portion for the electrical contact of the certain circuit pattern with the outside circuits. The semiconductor device further includes: an intermediate insulating layer formed on the semiconductor substrate; an uppermost metallic conductive pattern formed on the intermediate insulating layer within the cell-portion; a first pad pattern formed on the intermediate insulating layer within the peri-portion and preferably being made of a same material as the uppermost metallic conductive pattern; a passivation layer formed throughout the semiconductor substrate for a portion of the first pad patterns to be exposed; and a second pad pattern formed on the passivation layer including the exposed portion of each of the first pad pattern, the size of a pad of the second pad pattern being bigger than that of the first pad pattern. Preferably, the second pad pattern extends over the cell region.

    摘要： A system which can detect a vehicle that is missing or stolen on the basis of a missing vehicle signal which is transmitted from a car audio system in which a transmission apparatus is installed for transmitting the missing vehicle signal. When the car audio is initiated, a transmission control part causes a first display to show a message requesting to input a password and causes an audio part to mute an outputting of the audio sound. When the password is inputted by a keyboard, the control part causes an audio part to stop muting the audio sound, and causes a transmission part to transmit the missing vehicle signal when the password inputted from the keyboard is different from a password stored in a first memory. A receiving apparatus includes an alarm generation part for ringing an alarm sound, a receiving part for receiving the missing vehicle signal, a demodulation part for demodulating the missing vehicle signal in order to detect data included in the missing vehicle signal, a modem for transmitting the data through a telephone line, and a receiving control part for controlling the alarm generation part, the display, and the modem according to whether the receiving part receives the missing vehicle signal or not.
