摘要: Techniques and mechanisms for capturing an image of processor state at one node of multiple nodes of a multi-processor platform, where the processor state includes some version of data which the node retrieved from another node of the platform. In an embodiment, a disruption of power is detected when a processor of a first node has a cached version of data which was retrieved from a second node. In response to detection of the disruption, the data is saved to a system memory of the first node as part of an image of the processor's state. The image further comprises address information, corresponding to the data, which indicates a memory location at the second node. In another embodiment, processor state is restored during a boot-up of the node, wherein the state includes the captured version of data which was previously retrieved from the second node.

摘要: A plastic injection security label and manufacturing method of the same may comprise a mold having a pair of die sets, and at least one of the two die sets has a molding cavity formed on an inner surface thereof. The surface of the molding cavity has a plurality of nicks formed by the laser engraving machine at partial positions thereof, and the engraved nicks are arranged into a designed image or code to form a label generating area on the surface of the molding cavity. In the manufacturing process, after the die sets are coupled together, the plastic material is injected into the mold and filled with the molding cavity and the nicks of the label generating area, and a plastic product with the security label is integrally formed after the plastic material is cooled and solidified.

摘要: Devices and methods related to high-contrast liquid crystal displays (LCDs) are provided. For example, such an electronic device may include an LCD with two liquid crystal alignment layers not symmetric to one another and upper and lower polarizing layers respectively above and below the alignment layers. Light transmittance through the plurality of pixels may increase monotonically with gray scale voltage. The display may operate using a gray scale level 0 voltage higher than a minimum gray scale level 0 voltage capability of the display. Additionally or alternatively, liquid crystal molecular alignment axes of the two alignment layers may be offset from one another by an angle other than a multiple of 180 degrees. Additionally or alternatively, a first polarizing axis of the upper polarizing layer or a second polarizing axis of the lower polarizing layer, or both, may be neither parallel nor perpendicular to one of the liquid crystal molecular alignment axes.

摘要: An electronic building block set with a metal layer on the outer surface of each building block includes a main and an auxiliary building block. The top of the main building block includes plural main hollow posts, each with a main sensing contact, and has a main metal layer on the outer surface. The main sensing contacts and the main metal layer are electrically connected to opposite-polarity main electrode circuits respectively. The bottom of the auxiliary building block includes a first sensing element and has an auxiliary metal layer on the outer surface. The first sensing element and the auxiliary metal layer are electrically connected to opposite-polarity auxiliary electrode circuits respectively. When the building blocks are engaged, the first sensing element is electrically connected to the corresponding main sensing contact, and the auxiliary metal layer, to the main metal layer to enable electricity or signal transmission between the building blocks.

摘要: The present invention relates to a composite nano microporous diaphragm for use in lithium ion cells using polyolefin modified with post-crosslinked rubber and manufacturing method thereof. The microporous diaphragm at least comprises a nano microporous diaphragm A layer with a chemical gel content of more than 20%, the microscopic structure thereof is designed to be the rubber material that has been evenly dispersed and has subjected to a post-crosslinking treatment in polyolefin nano microfiber matrix, forming a nano microporous diaphragm of rubber-plastic composite. The nano microporous diaphragm with high strength, thermal cutoff, high temperature resistance, as well as good liquid absorption and swelling and compression elasticity can be applied to lithium ion power cells with high safety and long cycling life.
