    摘要: A method for producing an electrical line arrangement with an electrical conductor and an electrical contact element to be connected thereto includes preparation of the exposed conductor, affixing of a casing open on its two front sides up to the exposed conductor, and forming of a first firmly bonded connection between the exposed conductor and an interior perimeter section of the casing by friction stir welding, by introducing a reaming tool from one front side into the casing and rotating the tool relative to the casing and to the conductor. Additionally, the method includes forming of a second firmly bonded connection between the casing and the contact element.

    摘要: This disclosure relates to a method for connecting a strand element to a connection element using a re-shaping method, such as a connecting a cable lug. A system is also disclosed which comprises a pair of receiving elements having a front side with a recess and a hollow section. The hollow section is designed to accommodate a press insert having a front side with a recess. The receiving element and the press inserts are arranged in a vice. The system also comprises a clamp having a front side with a recess, which is suitable for receiving the connection element. When a pair of receiving elements is arranged, together with the press insert, around a central region of the connection element, then a re-shaping connection, such as a crimp connection, is produced between the strand element and the connection element.

    摘要: An electrical switch for interrupting a current path, in particular of a voltage supply in a motor vehicle is disclosed. The switch includes a contact point which is formed from a first contact piece and a second contact piece which is mounted such that it can move about a rotation axis. Here, the contact point is electrically closed when the two contact pieces are in contact and is electrically opened when the two contact pieces are not in contact. Furthermore, the electrical switch includes an actuator unit and an electrically non-conductive separating element which can be moved in a translatory manner by means of the actuator unit and is designed to isolate the two contact pieces from one another and then to keep the two contact pieces apart in order to open and to keep open the contact point and to act as an insulator between the contact faces. The actuator unit includes a movement element which is mechanically coupled to the separating element, a drive device which is designed to move the movement element in a first movement direction in order to close the contact point, a device for generating and/or storing kinetic energy, which device is designed to move the movement element and/or the separating element in a second movement direction, which is opposite to the first movement direction, in order to open the contact point, and an electromagnetic actuator.

    摘要: An antenna features a plurality of single emitters which in the x- and y-direction form an antenna array with an aperture. The single emitters are separated from each other by separating walls. At least a portion of the separating walls features an interference site that interrupts the otherwise planar aperture in the z-direction. However, the separating walls which cross the x-direction (and thus separate neighboring single emitters in the x-direction) differ from the separating walls in the y-direction with respect to their wall thickness. In addition, the single emitters feature a separation in the x-direction of less than A. The x-, y- and z-directions are each aligned orthogonal to each other. Due to the asymmetrical wall thickness the single emitters in the x-direction can be placed more closely to each other, so that when using the phase-controlled single emitters the emission characteristic can be displaced in this x-direction.
