Abstract:
To provide an image processing apparatus and method that enable high speed and high quality image drawing process. When a drawing instruction including drawing logical arithmetic process instruction is input to a drawing instruction converting unit, the drawing instruction converting mans converts the input drawing instruction to a drawing object and a drawing logical arithmetic process instruction and then stores these to a drawing object storing unit. A drawing logical arithmetic process instruction determining unit determines whether the drawing logical arithmetic process instruction has content to be drawn without logical arithmetic process or not. As a result of determination, when the drawing logical arithmetic process instruction is determined to have content to be processed without drawing logical arithmetic process, the drawing object converting unit converts the determined drawing logical arithmetic process instruction and drawing object to the instruction and drawing object which do not require the drawing logical arithmetic process and transfers the subsequent processes to the other processing unit.

To provide a porous particle with which non-specific adsorption is hardly generated although the porous particle is a synthetic polymer-based particle, the mechanical strength is high, and the dynamic binding capacity is high in a case where a ligand is bound to the porous particle; and a method for producing the same. A method for producing a porous particle, including the following steps 1 and 2; (step 1) dissolving at least one or more of polymers selected from the group consisting of a vinyl alcohol polymer and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer in an aqueous solvent to prepare a polymer solution; and (step 2) dispersing the polymer solution in a non-aqueous solvent to form a W/O emulsion.

A first processing unit is implemented by executing a first application program by using an internal computer in an environment where a first operating system is operating. The first processing unit performs a first process or an external service call in accordance with instruction information describing a process to be executed. A second processing unit is implemented by executing a second application program by using the internal computer or an additional computer connected to the internal computer in an environment where a second operating system is operating. The second processing unit performs a second process when instructed by an external service call to execute the second process. When the instruction information includes information specifying the second process as the process to be executed, a transfer unit updates the information included in the instruction information, and transfers the updated instruction information to the first processing unit.
Abstract:
A small sailing watercraft designed to be operated primarily by a single rider standing on the deck and having an improved hull configuration for improved handling in all seas and all wind conditions. The hull is hollow and is formed with a generally narrow displacement hull with a substantially larger deck area closing it so as to accommodate various standing positions for the rider. A pair of sponsons are disposed adjustably at the opposite side of the main hull and are carried by outriggers that are connected to the main hull in an area where it is reinforced by internal bulkheads. The hollow hull also affords a storage compartment.
