    摘要: The present invention relates to a powder coating composition for the production of non-yellowing flexible coatings which is solid below 30.degree. C. and liquid above 120.degree. C. and contains a mixture of A) a polyisocyanate component which i) has a content of blocked isocyanate groups (expressed as NCO, molecular weight=42) of 3.0 to 14.0% by weight, ii) has a functionality, based on the blocked isocyanate groups, of 1.9 to 2.3 and iii) and contains at least one .epsilon.-caprolactam-blocked polyisocyanate based on the reaction product of 4,4'-diisocyanatodicyclohexyl methane with a polyol component having an average molecular weight of 90 to 400 and containing at least 50% by weight, based on the weight of the polyol component, of one or more (cyclo)aliphatic diols containing 4 to 12 carbon atoms, B) a polyol component containing at least one polyhydroxy polyacrylate having an OH number of 40 to 120 and C) an organotin catalyst for the reaction between hydroxyl groups and blocked isocyanate groups, wherein components A) and B) are present in quantities which correspond to an equivalent ratio of blocked polyisocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of 0.5:1 to 1.2:1. The present invention also relates to the a heat-resistant substrate which is coated with this powder coating composition.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the production of powder coating compositions having a glass transition temperature of 20.degree. to 80.degree. C. bya) homogeneously dissolving in an inert solvent or solvent mixture having a boiling point or range between 50.degree. and 150.degree. C.A) a polyol component having a hydroxyl value of 30 to 155 and a glass transition temperature of 30.degree. to 120.degree. C. and containing at least one hydroxy-functional copolymer of olefinically unsaturated monomers,B) a polyisocyanate component containing blocked isocyanate groups, having a glass transition temperature of -45.degree. to +45.degree. C. and containing at least one ketoxime-blocked polyisocyanate andC) a catalyst component containing at least one catalyst for the reaction between blocked isocyanate groups and hydroxyl groups components, wherein components A) and B) are present in an amount which is sufficient to provide an equivalent ratio of blocked isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of 0.5:1 to 1.5:1,b) freeing the resulting solution from the solvent andc) simultaneously and/or subsequently converting the solid obtained into powder form.The present invention also relates to the powder coating compositions obtained by this process and their use for the production of coatings of heat-resistant substrates.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a powder lacquer containing a mixture of(A) a polyisocyanate component in power form which is solid below about 40.degree. C. and liquid above about 150.degree. C. and(B) a organic polyhydroxyl component in powder form which is solid below about 40.degree. C. and liquid above about 150.degree. C.,components (A) and (B) being present in quantities corresponding to an equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of about 0.6:1 to 1.2:1, characterized in that component (A) is based on a polyisocyanate or polyisocyanate mixture which(a) does not contain any blocking agents for isocyanate groups,(b) has a content of free isocyanate groups (expressed as NCO) attached to tertiary, aliphatic or cycloaliphatic carbon atoms of about 8 to 24% by weight and an average NCO functionality of at least 2.1,(c) has a urethane group content (expressed as --NH--CO--O--) of about 3 to 30% by weight and(d) has an isocyanurate group content (expressed as C.sub.3 N.sub.3 O.sub.3) of 0 to about 30% by weight.The present invention also relates to the use of this powder lacquer for the production of coatings on heat-resistant substrates by methods known in powder lacquer technology.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a process for the production of polyisocyanates containing isocyanurate groups by trimerizing a mixture of aliphatic-cycloaliphatic diisocyanates having a sterically unhindered isocyanate group bound to a primary aliphatic carbon atom and a sterically hindered isocyanate group bound to a tertiary carbon atom which forms a part of a cycloaliphatic ring system and 1,6-diisocyanatohexane. The present invention is also directed to the polyisocyanates containing isocyanurate groups produced according to this process and to their use, optionally in blocked form, as an isocyanate component in the production of polyisocyanate polyaddition products, preferably polyurethane lacquers.
