Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, an indication that indicates whether a multicast and broadcast service (MBS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by downlink control information (DCI) is associated with a second PDSCH processing capability, wherein the second PDSCH processing capability has a shorter duration than a first PDSCH processing capability. The UE may receive, from the base station, the MBS PDSCH scheduled by the DCI. The UE may transmit, to the base station and based at least in part on the indication, hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback in accordance with the first PDSCH processing capability or the second PDSCH processing capability. In an aspect, one or more cells for reselection from a current cell can be detected, where the current cell supports a UE interested MBS. The one or more cells can be evaluated for reselection based at least in part on whether the one or more cells support the UE interested MBS to determine a target cell for reselection. Cell reselection can be performed to the target cell.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium are provided that improves power savings and reliability of communication for DRX/eDRX modes. A base station may receive an indication from a network entity that a UE is in a DRX/eDRX mode. The base station may configure a WUS mode for the UE corresponding to the DRX mode or the eDRX mode. A UE may receive the WUS mode from the base station. When a UE is configured for relaxed RRM measurements for a first cell and moves to a second cell that supports a relaxed RRM measurement, the UE may return to a regular RRM measurement for a time period. When a UE configured for a WUS mode for a first cell moves to a second cell that supports the WUS mode, the UE may return to the DRX mode or the eDRX mode without the WUS mode for a period of time.

The UE may receive, from the base station prior to expiration of a round trip timer associated with the first PUSCH, downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a second PUSCH and configuring one or more PHY parameters associated with a second BLER target performance. The UE may transmit, to the base station, the second PUSCH using the PHY parameter(s) associated with the second BLER target performance, wherein the second PUSCH includes a retransmission of the first PUSCH or a new transmission based at least in part on a hybrid automatic repeat request process indicated in the DCI.
