    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to managing dynamic priority-based spectrum access are provided. A first wireless communication device transmits dynamic priority information for accessing a shared spectrum in a transmission opportunity (TXOP). The shared spectrum is shared by a plurality of network operating entities. The first wireless communication device is associated with a first network operating entity of a plurality of network operating entities. The dynamic priority information indicates an access priority of the first network operating entity among the plurality of network operating entities in the TXOP. The first wireless communication device communicates with a second wireless communication device associated with the first network operating entity in the TXOP based on the dynamic priority information.

    Abstract: Systems and methods herein determine whether an uplink RACH request and/or an uplink autonomous message will be sent using Discrete Fourier Transform-Spread-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (DFT-S-OFDM), Cyclic Prefix Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (CP-OFDM), or another waveform. The determinations may be based on carrier frequencies, path loss measurements, preconfigurations, and/or more. Further, the systems and methods may send the uplink using time and/or frequency resources that correspond to the DFT-S-OFMD waveform, CP-OFDM waveform, or other waveform.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are described for generating a hybrid waveform for data transmission between a transmitting device and a receiving device. The transmitting device may employ an OFDM processing technique to periodically transmit known first pilot symbols mapped from a signal constellation where each signal has equal energy during a first time period and a cyclic prefix based single-carrier (CP-SC) processing technique to transmit data packets and second known pilot symbols during a second time period. Channel estimation is based on first pilot symbols, which are inserted into all subcarriers of OFDM symbol blocks within a specific period. Channel estimation tracking is based on the second pilot symbols interleaved within data packets. The receiving device may be configured to estimate CSI based in part on first pilot symbols and to track the channel estimation based in part on the second pilot symbols in order to provide reliable data detection.

    Abstract: A connection may be established between a base station and a user equipment (UE) using a radio frequency shared by multiple network operating entities. Resources (e.g., a frame) may be divided into exclusive, prioritized, and opportunistic sub-intervals for a given network operating entity coexisting within the shared radio frequency spectrum. Additionally, a set of low latency sub-intervals (e.g., reserved resources) may be designated for use by the network operating entity for mission critical (MiCr) and/or autonomous uplink transmissions. The network operating entity may indicate timing information for low latency sub-intervals during a sub-interval for exclusive use by the network operating entity. The UE may then transmit MiCr and/or autonomous uplink messages using the low latency intervals without performing a medium sensing procedure. In some cases, the sub-intervals for MiCr and autonomous uplink transmissions may be for exclusive use by the network operating entity.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described that provide for discovery of resources in a wireless communications system. The wireless communications system supports operations for multiple network operating entities that share a radio frequency spectrum. To discover and perform synchronization with the wireless communications system, a common preamble may be transmitted by nodes associated with multiple network operating entities. The common preamble may include information common to each of the multiple network operating entities which may be used by a device to identify neighboring wireless nodes, available network operating entities, or sub-intervals designated for prioritized or opportunistic use by one or more network operating entities.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the disclosure relate to power control for independent links. For example, power control at a device may be based on transmissions on multiple links. In some aspects, the independent links may involve a first device (e.g., a user equipment) communicating via different independent links with different devices (e.g., transmit receive points (TRPs) or sets of TRPs). For example, the first device may communicate with a second device (e.g., a TRP) via a first link and communicate with a third device (e.g., a TRP) via a second link. In some scenarios, power control for the first device may be based on power control commands received on multiple links. In some scenarios, a power control constraint may be met taking into account the transmission power on multiple links.
