Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of receiving system information by a user equipment in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the method may include receiving a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) including Downlink Control Information (DCI) for scheduling the system information; descrambling a Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) of the DCI based on a System Information-Radio Network Temporary Identifier (SI-RNTI); obtaining first information on a type of the system information from a specific bit included in the DCI; receiving the system information based on second information for scheduling the system information, which is included in the DCI; and determining the type of the system information based on the first information.

Abstract: A method for transmitting a data demodulation reference signal (DMRS) in a wireless communication system and a device therefor are disclosed. To this end, a basic DMRS is transmitted via the first OFDM symbol in a data transmission region of a predetermined subframe, and an additional DMRS is transmitted in the predetermined subframe in accordance with a level determined by a transmission environment, wherein the basic DMRS is characterized by being transmitted via the first OFDM symbol in the data transmission region of the predetermined subframe regardless of a transmission link, the structure of the subframe, and the transmission environment.

Abstract: According to the present invention, transmission power of a preamble for a random access process is determined on the basis of a preamble transmission counter and a downlink path loss estimate value in a wireless communication system. The preamble transmission counter is calculated by using the number of preamble transmissions performed by a user equipment for the random access process, regardless of a random access channel resource. The downlink path loss estimate value is calculated for a synchronization signal linked to the random access channel resource used in transmitting a corresponding preamble. Other downlink path loss estimate values can be calculated for other synchronization signals.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method of receiving a downlink channel by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the method includes receiving a synchronization signal block (SSB) including a primary synchronization signal (PSS), a secondary synchronization signal (SSS), and a physical broadcast channel (PBCH), obtaining information about the position of a downlink bandwidth from the PBCH, and receiving the downlink channel within the downlink bandwidth determined on the basis of the obtained information about the position of the downlink bandwidth. The information about the position of the downlink bandwidth is an offset from the position of a bandwidth of the SSB to the position of the downlink bandwidth.

On the basis of the RACH resource information and the RACH preamble information, the user equipment transmits the preamble sequence on a first RACH resource connected with a first SS block of the cell, and transmits the preamble sequence on a second RACH resource connected with a second SS block of the cell.
