Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an information transmission method, including: when a terminal device is in a power headroom report (PHR) triggering state, receiving, by the terminal device, a first indication from a network device, where the first indication is used to indicate a first uplink transmission resource of the terminal device, and the uplink transmission resource is used by the terminal device to perform uplink transmission with the network device; and keeping, by the terminal device, the power headroom report triggering state in a first time period, and canceling the power headroom report triggering state when the first time period expires, where the first time period is a second time period starting from a receiving time point of the first indication to a time domain end of the first uplink transmission resource indicated by the first indication.

Abstract: This application provides a data sending method, a data sending apparatus, and a terminal device, to improve utilization of a configured grant resource. The method includes: A terminal device receives a configuration message from a network device. The configuration message is used to indicate a configured grant, and the configuration message includes information about a timer corresponding to the configured grant. The terminal device determines that the configured grant is used for a HARQ process, and starts the timer for the HARQ process. To-be-sent data in the HARQ process is data on a first logical channel. During running of the timer, when there is to-be-newly-transmitted data on a second logical channel, the timer stops running, or a running state of the timer is ignored. The data on the second logical channel is sent by using the configured grant.

According to the embodiments of the present application, transmission control of the MBMS service data by a base station can be realized, which facilitates each base station in the same MBSFA range synchronously suspending or resuming sending the MBMS service data of the same service, thereby facilitating reducing interferences in the service.

Abstract: A subframe processing method and device are disclosed. The subframe processing method includes: if data packets that are not received by an evolved NodeB (eNB) include at least two consecutive Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) data packets to be scheduled in a Dynamic Schedule Period (DSP) by the eNB, setting a subframe of the eNB that is used to transmit Dynamic Schedule Information (DSI) corresponding to the DSP to null. When the eNB finds that consecutive MBMS data packets are lost and/or that a type 0 Protocol Data Unit (PDU) group is lost, a subframe used to transmit the DSI may be set to null, thereby preventing the eNB from transmitting incorrect DSI which may interfere with other eNBs and cause incorrect data receiving of a user equipment (UE).
