Abstract: The present disclosure describes an electronic device that is capable of coordinating the control of various types of lights. For example, the electronic device may receive data indicating conditions for activating the light emitters. The electronic device may then obtain sensor data generated by various sensors, such as motion sensors, light sensors, or a timer. Using the sensor data, the electronic device may determine that the conditions are satisfied and, in response, cause the light emitters to activate. To activate a first type of light emitters, the electronic device may cause power to be provided to the first type of emitters via connectors. Additionally, to activate additional types of light emitters, the electronic device may transmit signals to the additional types of light emitters that include commands to activate. The additional types of light emitters may be powered by the electronic device or external power sources.

Abstract: Behavior-aware security systems and methods include a plurality of motion sensors deployed at a site, each of the motion sensors configured to generate a motion signal indicative of detected motion within a respective site zone. A server, remotely located from the plurality of motion sensors at the site, has a processor, memory communicatively coupled with the processor and storing a plurality of temporal behavior patterns, and an event analyzer. The event analyzer has machine-readable instructions stored within the memory that, when executed by the processor, configure the processor to: compare a temporal event sequence, defined by a plurality of the motion signals received from at least two of the plurality of motion sensors, to the plurality of temporal behavior patterns, and determine a behavior-awareness state defined by one of the temporal behavior patterns corresponding with the temporal event sequence.

Abstract: Some embodiments provide methods for providing images of a person generated by two or more A/V recording and communication devices to one or more users, via a user's client device. For example, first image data may be received from a first A/V recording and communication device at a first location and second image data may be received from a second A/V recording and communication device at a second location. The first image data and the second image data may be analyzed to determine a person depicted in the first image data and a person depicted in the second image data is the same person. In response, a user alert may be generated including data representative of a first facial image of the person and a second facial image of the person. The user alert may then be transmitted to a user's client device.

Abstract: An audio/video (A/V) device may include or accommodate a viewer through a barrier. For example, an A/V device may include a first component for installation on an exterior surface of a door, a second component for installation on an interior surface of the door, a viewer that extends through an opening in the door, and a flexible connector that electrically couples the first component and the second component. The A/V device may enable use of an existing hole in the door as part of a door viewer, while also providing the functionality of an A/V device. For example, the A/V device may be configured to receive an input using a button on the first component, generate image data using a camera on the first component, and send the image data to a network device.

Abstract: The application is directed to techniques and processes for integrating multiple security systems. For instance, a system may receive first data from a first security system, where the first data indicates that the first security system detected a security event. The system may then analyze the first data to determine a type of the security event, a time frame of the security event, and/or a threat level of the security event. Based at least in part on the analyzing, the system may determine a security procedure for a second security system. The second security system may be located proximate to the first security system and/or may be included in a same security system network as the first security system. The security procedure may include changing a mode of the second security system and/or causing an electronic device of the second security system to generate image data.
