Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information (DCI) message that dynamically schedules one or more physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions. The UE may autonomously determine a set of scheduling parameters for the one or more PUSCH transmissions that are dynamically scheduled by the DCI message. The UE may transmit the one or more PUSCH transmissions based at least in part on the set of scheduling parameters. Furthermore, in some aspects, uplink control information (UCI) may be multiplexed onto each of the one or more PUSCH transmissions. For example, the UCI multiplexed onto each PUSCH transmission may indicate the set of scheduling parameters autonomously determined for the respective PUSCH transmission. Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for using downlink control information (DCI) to avoid hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier (ID) conflicts in scenarios where multiple semi persistently scheduled (SPS) configurations share the same pool of HARQ process IDs are provided. One example technique involves a user equipment (UE) receiving an indication of a plurality of SPS configurations, each SPS configuration allocating the UE with a set of SPS occasions for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions. Information for resolving a conflict between a first HARQ process ID associated with a first SPS occasion of a first of the plurality of SPS configurations and a second HARQ process ID associated with a second SPS occasion of a second of the plurality of SPS configurations is received. The first SPS occasion occurs prior to the second SPS occasion. The conflict is resolved based on the information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a user equipment (UE) and/or base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may determine a selection procedure for uplink transmissions, the selection procedure including information for uplink data retransmissions. The apparatus may also transmit, to a UE, the selection procedure for uplink transmissions. The apparatus may also monitor for at least one uplink transmission from the UE based on the selection procedure for uplink transmissions. In another aspect, the apparatus may receive, from a base station, a selection procedure for uplink transmissions, the selection procedure including information for uplink data retransmissions. The apparatus may also implement the selection procedure for uplink transmissions. The apparatus may also transmit, to the base station, at least one uplink transmission based on the selection procedure for uplink transmissions.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for synchronization signal block (SSB) patterns with gaps. A method that may be performed by a network entity (e.g., a BS) generally includes determining a synchronization signal block (SSB) pattern that identifies SSB positions for sweeping a set of SSB beams over multiple SSB bursts with gaps between at least some of the SSB positions, wherein the SSB pattern identifies a subset of the set of SSB beams to use per SSB burst. The method generally includes transmitting SSBs over the multiple SSB bursts in accordance with the pattern.

Abstract: A base station may transmit a control channel transmission during a configured discovery reference signal window on a shared spectrum. A user equipment (UE) may detect the control channel transmission from the base station during the configured discovery reference signal window on the shared spectrum. The UE may determine, in response to detecting the control channel transmission, expected synchronization signal block (SSB) positions within a maximum SSB burst length starting from the control channel transmission during the discovery reference signal window. The base station may transmit SSBs at the expected SSB positions within the maximum SSB burst length starting from the control channel transmission during the discovery reference signal window. The UE may measure SSBs at the expected SSB positions. The UE may conserve power by stopping measurements or entering a sleep mode after the expected SSB positions.
